Please:

* No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
* No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
* Quiet hours must be respected.
* No pets allowed.
* No outdoor activities or gatherings in the Florida Room.
* Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
* Place all trash in the bins located inside the garage before departure.
* Turn off lights, fans, and the A/C when leaving.
* Lock all windows and doors at check-out.

A $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged for unauthorized parties or pets.
