Excellent communication and great personal touches to make our vacation extra special! We appreciated the extra beach towels to use and the closet full of beach chairs/toys were great! The walk to the beach was further than we expected but the beach access parking pass made it a simple trip!

Perfect family getaway

This was our second time staying in Beachwalk but our first time in this unit. The location is perfect for biking to the beach and shops in Coligny and Shelter Cove. The condo was super clean and well suited for our family of 5. We loved it.

Didn’t Want to Leave!

This is a wonderful little condo! Check in was easy through an app and the property was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and I appreciate this was a gated community. The walk to the beach was more around 10-15 minutes (some reviews said 5). It was not bad but keep in mind you may want to bring a beach cart or wagon with a lot of stuff. Would love to stay here again!!

The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Host provided everything you need for the beach, pool and starter items. The large deck was a hit! So. Nice and relaxing to enjoy coffee on the deck. The location is a short walk or bike ride to the pool and beach. Highly recommend. We will return to this unit.

2024 graudation and birthday celerbration

We had a great time as a family just beening together with games,conversation and music. The place was much smaller than it looks, the floors are very uneven through out the house. If one is not careful the uneveneness will make you stumbal and fall. The dishes,pots and pans not clean, The kitchen utensils were very flimsy with dull knives. All cook wear need to be replaced. We killed several cockroaches crowling on the walls. The sliding door is hard to lock. There is a large hole at the bottom of the deck steps with a mat covering it up, you can step in it without knowing its there and end up with a broken ankle to say the less. Also the walk to the beach is much farther then whats stated . Be honest about the distance. You need a beach wagon there for your guess. Thanks July3-10-2024

Our vacation at 204 Beachwalk was everything that we had hoped for.

This well-kept spacious condo with beach theme is located in a quite portion of the Beachwalk community with an 8 minute walk to the beach. The deck has a tranquil view of nature that is unobscured by other buildings. There is so much to do on the island. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beachwalk 204 - Mixed Feelings

A good experience overall (location, community amenities), however the bedding looked like it was 30 years old, the heating/cooling system was very noisy, the sliding door and screen were in bad shape and the unit was sold during our stay, which in turn caused the power to be turned off for about 6 hours until frantic calls to the management agency got it back on. Also, the sound deadening was poor - we could hear every footstep from upstairs occupant.

Beachwalk #204 is an end 1st floor unit with the most amazing views off the extra large deck including palm, oak & magnolia trees overlooking a marsh and a golf course! Fantastic! Only minutes to the pool & the beach walking the beach path. The kitchen is updated and loaded with everything you need, the King size bed in the master is super comfortable, both bedrooms have very nice furniture, the bathrooms are beautiful especially the extra large master shower. The lazy boy chairs are cozy in the living room. Best location in all of beachwalk!

This condo was an end unit so there were lots of windows and the home was brightly lit. We were very happy with the location - a 15-minute walk to the beach - and the quiet neighborhood.. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had a large deck off the dining room with a large table so folks could safely distance in this current COVID climate. The condo came w every utensil you need to cook and a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, and facial tissues. We would return.

Cozy and close to the beach.

I loved this condo! It was cozy well updated and the layout was very nice. The shower is huge! It has an amazing back deck. You could hear the upstairs nieghbors some. Everything was clean. We walked to the beach on the walking trail and it didn't take long to get there. This was our first stay using Vacasa. I was very pleased with them and how nice everyone was. The hold time on the phone was long but considering COVID19, hurricanes, wildfires, etc going on during the time we stay that was very understandable; they were having to take a lot of calls so hold times were long. We enjoyed our stay!
