The room has new Carpeting with new mattress. The room has a closet in a new quiet neighborhood in Kissimmee area 34758 on Ham Brown, Reeves Rd & off Poinciana Blvd for 2 Professional Female Worker has a shared clean, new bathroom. The Room each has 1 Smart TV, use of the brand new kitchen with appliances, pots, dishes and dishwasher and Laundry room. House has security system with cameras with outside parking in a great neighborhood . We are located 40 minutes away from Disney , I-4 and Universal and 417 close to major highways and stores with great restaurants & schools. 25-30 minutes from Orlando Airport.
No visitors, children, NO PETS, NO Smoking, alcohol or drugs allowed. Landlord lives in the house. Thank you!
