The building is new, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

We have 2 units almost facing each other for family and friends who want to stay together. This unit is fully furnished, functional and beautifully decorated. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel. S Residences is strategically located within the Mall of Asia Complex & Entertainment City in Pasay City, Philippines. Ended up working out very well because of the location I needed a temporary place to stay before moving on to another city in the Philippines. My flight did not come in till very late and I did not check my phone because my data was not working and didn’t have Wi-Fi and when I did get Wi-Fi I realize that the host had tried to contact me a few times and was concerned because I had not checked in yet. When I got to the hotel the host actually came up to the room to make sure everything was OK with my arrival in the room was going to be OK with me and actually took the time to walk me down and around the block to show me where they were places to eat because I was very hungry. Felt very comfortable and safe there and enjoyed the room and if I come back to town I will stay there again thank you

I personally own multiple units of 1 bedroom with balconies at S, Shell, Shore 1 & 3 Residences in MOA, Fame 1, 3 & 4 Residences in Mandaluyong, Red Residences in Makati & units of 2 bedroom with balconies in Bloom Residences in Parañaque. I have more units currently being built at Gold & Mint Residences.

My goal is to make your stay like living in a 5-star hotel. The units are all fully furnished with kitchen appliances, utensils, pots & everything you need to have a comfortable & relaxing stay.

This is a brand new property. Take a look at the 5-star lobby. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Amenities are great. We took time to renovate the units so they will be very comfortable for you. I bought properties for rentals because I go back to the Philippines few times a year because of my businesses in Palawan and each time I stay in Manila, I feel like the higher end hotels are too expensive. Our units are very affordable but you will have a feeling of being in 5-star hotel because of the quality of the room and everything that goes with it, the building itself, the staff and the location.
