Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
When Leaving/Checkout:
-Any bed that’s been slept in, please remove the sheets from that bed and place it on the floor next to that bed.
-No need to wash any towels, sheets, or dishes. But if you could please take out all of your trash to the two large trash bins on the left side of the driveway it would be much appreciated.
-When checking out please ensure all lights are off, the front door, front gate, and both patio doors are locked. Please turn both a/c thermostats(upstairs and downstairs) to 72 degrees..
