Great location

Perfect for what we needed very close to beach and to the Art Deco area clubs. Quite area Parking a great plus

Mostly ok

There were a few things that could have been better. Toilet seat was missing a bolt so it moved around a lot. Took a long time to get hot water. Parking spaces are made for smaller vehicles. Very tight fit for a 2012 Ford F150 4 door. Little bit better instructions for the door lock operation.

Not Safe! Do not stay here!

I left this property within 15 minutes of arriving and went to a hotel because the door to the unit did not lock. Anyone off the street could have walked in. I messaged the owner, and he said the door locks automatically, but it didn’t. Perhaps it was broken, but it did not. Owner refused to respond after a few messages (just saying I was wrong, that it locked) and did nothing. I have video proof and am now working with VRBO to get a refund.
