Ranch-style home, year old! Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, hiking trails, lakes, and rivers. Within a short drive (45 min) to downtown San Antonio and 35-45 minutes to Lackland AFB! Small town living, but close enough to the city for great restaurants, museums, and sightseeing! Fenced in back-yard and two fruit trees in the front of the house.

Be sure to put all dishes in dishwasher and start the machine. Leave laundry in laundry room baskets.
Don't forget to sign out of any of your streaming services on the TV.

Great home in Floresville

We are a family of 4 and the house offered plenty of space and everyone had their own space. The house is beautiful and very clean in a great neighborhood. We very much enjoyed our stay there and will look to stay there again when we return to Floresville.

New in town.

Very nice property. Easy to get around Floresville from this propert. Neighborhood was quiet. Large open floor plan. Nice to have garage due to rain and security.

Wonderful stay in Floresville

My wife, little dog and I were in Floresville to visit family. Photos do not do this home justice. The house in very new, clean, and comfortable. We loved the open concept design. The Family/TV room was very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and much larger than expected. We enjoyed staying in a small town, but could be to downtown San Antonio in 30-35 minutes (non-rush hour). We will stay here again in the future.
