I really was hoping for a better review. Every time I talked with you, you always said that your stay was great, that it was everything you expected and you were enjoying your stay. I do not know what displeased you and I do not think I deserve just a three star rating.
The host was very accommodating.
A sweeping walkway leads through the garden plantings.
The space is large and clean with soft linens on the bed and fluffy towels for the bath.
The full kitchen is well laid out with a loveseat, table, long counters and a gas stove.
Hidden away in a corner closet is the full size washer and dryer.
Great water pressure with an average size tub in the bathroom.
A truly enjoyable stay in Duluth, Georgia.

Duluth Georgia 1 bedroom
The Unit was the side basement entry of a house. with walkout to the yards - no stairs. The unit was clean! Simple decorations, no clutter and actually is perfect for 2 people. But it needs some optimization. for example, The bedroom has a 60" tv, king bed, plenty of closet space and 1 chair. Great. But the Kitchen has a 24" tv where there is a sitting loveseat. Loveseat faces the couters therefore you cant watch TV unless you sit at the eating table. But the TV is too small so you end up eating at the under Coffee TV table in the bedroom and pulling out the sofachair. The accommodations should be limited to 2 people since a 3rd would be sleeping in the Kitchen in front of the back exit doorway.
Granted I traveled alone - but pictured was a nice outdoors area, garden etc firepit.... but there was too much yard clutter to think about going outdoors to have a cigar and enjoy the firepit. Secondly, though there was no bother to me the very back of the yard has a chicken coup with maybe 6-8 chickens. For a city guy Hmmm interesting. again not a bother nor did it affect me.
Parking was a little interesting, when pulling in front of the house, its best to back down the driveway, and when I say down I mean a 15' decline in about 30' long driveway. Brakes are critical or you just decorated the house with your car.
But the host is very kind, friendly and offered clean accommodations, and located with in 25 minutes of my golf tournament. I would minimize Yard clutter for guests to fully enjoy and feel welcomed without wondering what they are walking into... I would also stay there again.
