LOCATION – The Village Point Townhomes are located off Broken Lance Drive in the Warrior’s Mark area of Breckenridge. They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a seven minute walk to the QuickSilver and SuperChair, and less than a ten minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. There is a free shuttle stop right at the entrance to Village Point which will take you to the slopes, town or anywhere in Summit County.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)

Awesome Stay - Great Location

We had the best time staying at this property! The communication was terrific and complete. We didn’t have any questions at all with regard to the check in or checkout process. We loved the location. This is perfect for families looking for a getaway to ski. We had two families that stayed at the property and the layout was awesome. We would love to come back again. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family truly enjoyed our vacation stay at this home. The private hot tub was a hit after a day of skiing. The property was very clean and the Floorplan was great for a multiple family experience. Will plan to stay here again.

Village Point 205

Great location for a trip up the mountain or getting to downtown Breck. This condo has everything needed for relaxing trip. The hot tub was awesome after a day of skiing.

Ski Vacation 2024

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It had great amenities and was very clean. Only opportunity for improvement-the shower in the master bathroom downstairs did not drain and could not be used, as well as the fancy coffee maker. However, there was a secondary coffee maker and additional bathrooms. Overall we would definitely stay here again!
