Amazing location and property

Far better than the pictures even made us think it would be. Location is amazing and hosts have thought of everything needed for a great beach vacation- golf cart, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, pull wagon. Outdoor area is amazing- pool and hot tub were great and made everything feel private. We will definitely return to this property in the future. Communication with host was also extremely easy and quick to respond.

Perfect location, and came with beach chairs, golf cart and plenty of towels. The house was spotless with plenty of room to spread out, this was our 4th time staying in Anna Maria and it was by far our favorite house!

Anna Maria Getaway

This property is absolutely gorgeous! There are bikes and a 6 passenger golf cart. The pool and spa are very nice, but shaded pretty much all the time. The photos posted are not the actual bedrooms in the house, which was very unfortunate. The owner was having problems with the website, also unfortunate. The expectation was three beautiful ADULT bedrooms as shown. What is actually there is two beautiful bedrooms and a bunk room that would accommodate 8 children. The owner had plenty of time to let us know that he was having issues with his website, but this was not disclosed. You vacationers out there know when your expectations are not met, it could set the tone for the rest of your vacation. Make sure you ask this company if the photos are correct before booking!

Perfect Palm Getaway!

We love AMI! We have traveled several times here but this was our first time staying this far north on Bean Point. The house was absolutely perfect...it was beautiful, well equipped, great location (golf cart was a bonus and necessity for this location), and a true retreat for our family. The house was peaceful and being surrounded by the palm trees was lovely. The pool, hot tub, pool table, and indoor/outdoor living space was great. Serendipity was great to work with, communicated well, and made the entire process easy. We would definitely return to this home on AMI!

Incredible home and location

This house was as-advertised and more. Every level of the home offered a different experience, from the rooftop deck (excellent for star-gazing!) to the shaded and private hot tub and pool. The extras were perfect: we used the golf cart multiple times a day and never needed our rental car. Great communication with the owners with lots of tips for visiting the area. Overall amazing experience!

Five Star Luxury

Truly outstanding, luxury home. This VRBO is the closest we've come to matching the fit and finish of a luxury hotel experience. The house and grounds are meticulously maintained and filed with luxury finishes and furnishings. Guests are greeted with an impressive set of luxury bath products (large sizes!) from Oribe and other high-end brands. The sheets and towels are luxury hotel quality. The kitchen has actually useable and high quality equipment--nothing is missing or broken. Location is perfect and the pool/spa set up surrounded by mature palms is so relaxing (and shaded--key for a July trip to Florida). You can even stream your music to the built-in sonos speaker system on every single level inside and out (including the roof for sunset-viewing!). It is so hard to find this level of quality and thought in a VRBO--so impressive. Owner was responsive to some very minor issues. Top-notch stay!

Loved our stay in Anna Maria Island

We absolutely loved this property. The house has upgrades in virtually every room and there was more than enough space. The pool was also great, we enjoyed jumping in the pool after spending the afternoons at the beach. Having access to the golf cart was great as well, we used that to get to dinners and to the beach. Would highly recommend this property.

Summer vacation 2023

This house exceeded all expectations, Rick and his crew were very accomodating in that we showed up a little early and let us store our stuff at their office until the house was ready. Highly recommend the host and this property. We traveled with our three teenagers and one of their friends and had a very relaxing week. The pool and patio are also fabulous.

Great vacation stay

Beautiful modern house with nice amenities. Close to fun things. Bathrooms are 3.5 baths not 4 full baths. Bottom bedroom doesn’t have a bath. Great stay. Would stay at property again. About 5 min walk to Bean Point Beach.
