The home is one block from the beautiful Weequahic Park Golf Course, Tennis Courts and jogging trail around the lake. Your shopping desires can be fulfilled with a short commute to Short Hills Mall, New Jersey Gardens Mall and the American Dream Mall.
Enjoy all of the Downtown Newark restaurants as well as other options readily available on Route 22, within 20 minutes of the home. Sporting events are within a short drive to MetLife and Redbull Soccer Stadiums. Commuting to NYC by train, bus or car depending on timing and traffic is less than 35 min.

Owner didn’t make us feel comfortable

He was making us uncomfortable because we had family coming from overseas for lunch and dinner that’s the reason we rented the house so our family and friends will eat together coming from different city & country after our Conference and during lunch time

This guest booked for 6 persons, and did not show up upon check in and did not notify us of any changes to her booking. She said her spouse was there and would be joining him in a few days. They constantly exceeded the overall guests maximum. They allowed the access code to be shared by numerous people. They never explained and alluded to how large of a family or guests they really would have visiting them, which was dishonest. They treated our property like it was a REST STOP or GRAND CENTRAL STATION, which was not disclosed by them when they originally book. Shame on us for not asking more questions, noticing the red flags or simply canceling the reservation. They should have rented a catering hall or a property that can hosts 15-20 people comfortably. Numerous folks were constantly coming in and out of the home with change of clothing and luggage at various times throughout their stay and it was excessive. They left the property unsecured for hours and my property manager was notified. Upon check out departure & inspection there were damages that will hopefully be covered.
