The small kitchen was perfect for our needs. Parking was safe and easy access to property. We arrived at night and had a little trouble identifying the entrance. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Our family group was pleased to stay in Mt. Vernon for our first stay in New York. Quanda was a great communicator, both before and during our trip--a terrific hostess. We also enjoyed meeting her family once there. The apartment was clean with a simple kitchen and living room. The two bedrooms were comfortable but closets for both in the larger of the two rooms. Not a problem. The bathroom was bright a nicely put together--all of this on the third story of Quanda's family home. All in all, a great value and location for our trip.

We had a great, comfortable and easy stay while visiting Sleepy Hollow, and Terrytown a short 18min drive away. The space was clean, spacious and comfortable for our group. Also, the host was very attentive and quick to respond. Would recommend and visit again!

Graduation weekend

This was just what we needed for our stay while attending our daughter's college graduation — very close and convenient to everything, and a nice kitchen to prepare breakfast comfortably. Our host was attentive, making sure we had everything we need.

This was exactly as advertised! Mrs Q. was very nice, hospitable and willing to help if we had any issues! Cute place and clean!!!! Close to restaurants. Neighborhood was good and she has parking spot for you! I will recommend this place to anyone looking in the area! Great price, great find! Tysm for everything Mrs.Q!

The host was amazing and that made the stay even better. If I have to list any cons, it would be some squeaky floors which I would think would bother the people underneath us, more than us. I wasn't aware of the lack of a stove, but I will chuck that up to not researching the pictures enough. Other than that I had a great time at the location. The host was kind enough to have streaming platforms already logged in to enjoy tv while we were there. She also made sure we had a parking space in her driveway so there were never any parking worries. Bottom line would I book again here, the answer is absolutely. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
