Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Check-out time is 10am on your departure date. This is to ensure the unit is fully cleaned for the next guest. Please put dirty linens on the laundry room floor.
You can leave unopened items that might help the next guests (drinks, paper towels, spices, etc.).
Remove all trash from the home and place it in the black garbage bin. Roll the bin to the road and position it next to the mailbox. Please ensure the lid is on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must climb stairs to access the property. The entire enclosed property is on one floor.

Great place to gather with family and friends. Beautiful view of Lake Catherine. Fishing, bird watching and relaxing on the deck was enjoyed by all. The accommodations were top notch. We will be back to enjoy the Purple Perch.

Birthday Celebration

Beautiful Place. Well appointed. Lots of room. Will rent again at a different time of year. The wind blows across Lake St. Catherine in late April consistently and made it hard to fish and crab. I never put my boat in the water. :(
