PGA WEST Signature with heated pool/spa

Within the Signature Development of PGA West.

Welcome to our desert oasis. Our 1901sf 3 bed/3.5 bath brand new home is a 5 minute walk to Ernies Bar and Grill/The Stadium course clubhouse and less than 4 miles from the Coachella Music Festival Fairgrounds.

The great room has high ceilings with large stacking doors that open up to the outdoor patio with lounge chairs and sitting area. Desert landscaping throughout the backyard with a heated pool and spa and a putting area with chipping pad for the golfers.

The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, large quartz island, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with an ice maker, and a large walk in pantry. Dishwasher pods, dish soap and hand soap are all included.

Bedroom 1 features direct access to the backyard, a large walk in shower and double vanity. 1 king bed and a Smart TV.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, as well as a crib and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 3 is in the casita. To access the casita, you will exit the main house and enter the sliding doors. The casita has 1 king bed and a Smart TV. The casita has its own AC/heating unit and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Guests can also use the 1/2 bath located by the laundry room.

Laundry room features full size washer and dryer with detergent pods and dryer sheets. .

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Put pool floats, umbrella and outdoor cushions back in garage  -Pool cover closed -BBQ gas off. BBQ gas cover on. -All fans off  -All lights off  -Living room big shades closed all the way 
-AC/heater off in main house and casita -If departing on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, please bring large trash bins out to the driveway and against the golf cart garage. DO NOT place on curb.
-If you used the baby high chair, place back in golf cart garage. -Make sure front gate is closed and locked -Garage door closed

This was the perfect Spring Break getaway with my family! I normally forget to leave reviews, but Lauren was so communicative and helpful. Her house is perfectly decorated and we loved the location- quiet enough to truly relax, but close enough to restaurants and grocery stores. We walked to the restaurant on the golf course one night and that was so easy and fun. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

House was in beautiful condition. Very clean and all the amenities were great. The host was extremely responsive and they left great directions and instructions to use all the amenities in the house. Indian Wells tennis tournament vacay

Everything was perfect with our rental! The house is well appointed with upgraded touches throughout! Well supplied as well! It was an easy drive over to the Indian wells tennis garden and we enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings which heats up super fast! It was a great experience and Laura was so easy to work with!

So incredible we almost bailed on Thanksgiving dinner

We came out to meet family for Thanksgiving at another house, and this home was so beautiful, we all joked that we would be happy to just skip Thanksgiving dinner altogether in favor of laying by the pool. Everything was absolutely immaculate and so well tended-to. All details were noticed and appreciated and we felt like we were at a spa. The pool and spa heated up quickly, they had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare things for Thanksgiving, the bedding, blankets and towels were luxurious. Do not hesitate to book this place, it is worth every single penny! Thank you for having us, it was a beautiful retreat in a great location.

Cute house

We came to the desert just to get some warmth and sunshine. This house is super cute and small. It has a separate casita with its own entrance which was great if our teenage kids were with us, but they were not. They did a great job providing extras of everything you need, paper towels, laundry soap, towels, amenities. Sometimes these houses have a strict rule on how many dishwasher pods they provide but this house was very generous and had tons of everything available including kitchen zip lock bags and foil, huge plus in my option, it just makes it so much easier when staying in a rental. The decor was exactly like you see in the pictures. My only complaint is that when outside enjoying the pool, you just stare into the side wall. It would have been so lovely to have a view of the mountain or something else to enjoy when outside. Loved the open floor plan a the big sliding glass doors that open to the outside. We had a lovely stay.
