There are 2 levels, downstairs level: Kitchen, office, dining room, 1/2 bath, and laundry room. Upstairs level: Livingroom (1 Queen size sofabeds/sleeps 2), 3 bedrooms (3 Queen size beds/sleeps 6), and full bathroom.

Huge fenced-in backyard with BBQ, patio set, and firepit. Kids can run around and play and then roast smores in the evening.

The foosball and Air Hockey Table is in the downstairs area to entertain you when you just feel like staying home.

The washer and dryer are in the unit and are free.
Free high-speed Wifi
Free parking for 2 cars in the driveway and there's street parking.

Vacuum, broom/Dustpan, duster, mop, and some cleaning supplies available in the home.

There are many things in the area of Montgomery to do. There’s Raging Waves Water park, Golf Courses, and miniature golf places. Not far from Hollywood casino and Paramount theater also. You are within an hour from either airports. There is a House manual that has many activities listed in it, please check it out when you get to our place.

Perfect place for my family trip

The property is super clean, updated, and very accommodating. Went back home to visit family and wanted a place my kids would be comfortable. They absolutely loved the game room. Everything thing we needed during our stay was available. Location was perfect for my trip (literally walking distance to my grandma) and close to stores. I would definitely recommend, especially for families. Look forward to booking again.

We really enjoyed staying at the house. The neighbors are friendly , we enjoyed sitting outside! Very clean and beds are very comfortable, everything just worked out great for our stay, well worth the price. And Lisa was great to work with.

Perfect

This place worked out perfectly for me. It was perfect for having a few guests over and enjoying football with friends. It's a quiet neighborhood, the house has plenty of options as far as cooking. You can grill out or cook anything on the stove or oven. I may rent this one again.

Good location

My wife and I travel to Illinois 2 or 3 times a year to visit family and friends. We have stayed at a couple other houses and this property seems to work better than the others. It is convenient to visit everyone. It is close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The location is good. The house definitely worked for us.

Perfect location in a quiet residential area yet maybe 5-10 minutes from restaurants, food stores, just about anything you might need. Contact with Lisa (host) was easy and she responded quickly. Property was sparkling clean, beds comfortable and all appliances in good working order. Especially enjoyed the fire pit. Plain and simple-Stay Here! You will not be disappointed.

Very disappointed

Property is in poor condition externally as well as internally. The carpet is stained and carries oder. The bathroom door was broke among numerous other issues.The house was not cleaned as was stated.

Just OK

+ owner was very accommodating of unscented laundry detergent to help with allergies. Much appreciated. + Nice quiet neighborhood close by to our relatives. + Ample towels. - while the bathrooms and kitchen were VERY clean, the carpet was very stained and so were the windowsills in one room - literally caked with dirt. Will post a pic if allowed. - not enough pillowcases. Part of our family came a day late due to a funeral so we were fine for one night. They dropped off pillowcases next morning. - weird communication with the owner. I texted her late in the evening about lack of pillowcases. She was helpful but also kind of defensive. She suggested we sleep on the plastic pillow covers. They're plastic... not sure who would sleep on that. Then she kept texting me when I just needed to go to bed after a long day of travel. The next day she texted at 8 am "are you up" to coordinate delivery of pillowcases. Unprofessional. - owner told us she owns "dozens" of properties in Aurora. Next time we'll rent from an individual, not a property management company, since we didn't receive professional communication anyway. - seating areas are cheaply furnished with weird lighting. Not very cozy for hanging out.
