Super amazing backyard entertainment center with Mini Golf course, Private Heated pool, 8 person hot tub, ping pong table and BBQ. We have multiple yard games: Bocce ball, Corn Hole Board, Ladder Ball, Large Jenga. 4 miles to downtown, 5 miles to Domain, 10 miles to airport. The home is conveniently located near both Downtown and Domain. 4 bedrooms with total 8 beds so everybody in a large group can have a comfortable sleep on the beds. ** We collected 11% of price on behalf of City of Austin for Hotel Tax on top of Texas State hotel tax. The price reflected in your bookings included City Hotel Tax.
Our house is perfect for travelers and work travel related workers. We are close enough to all the fun things happening in Austin and our house is a perfect place for guests to chill out and relax.
You will have entire house with easy check in/ check out system.
Our house has 4 bedrooms available total, a living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 dining area.
- Master bedroom: 1 king size bed and 1 futon
- 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds
- 3rd bedroom: 2 single beds
- 4th bedroom: 2 single beds
All the beds are memory foam mattress. We have quilt blankets. We also put some extra comforters in master closet for your needs.
Please note that decorative pillows and throws on the bedrooms are for staging purposes only and are not included.
Kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware, dishwasher. We have pots, pans and all the dishware enough to cook some basic meals.
The bathroom is fully decked out with some basic toiletries, and shampoo & body wash along with a hair dryer and iron.
You can use washer and dryer located in the mud room.
The pool can heat up to 85 degrees range in Spring and Fall time. The pool heater won't work effectively if the temperature outside drop below 50 degrees in Austin winter time which is around December, January and February. Pool temperature is preset to 85 degree and is not adjustable.
The stand alone hot tub heats up all year long. Hot tub temperature is adjustable.
Self-check in with keyless pad and security camera at the front door.
We have security cameras: Ring at the front door and surveillance camera on the backyard for check in and safety purpose.
*Note: Pool heater will only work from March to November. It won't heat up effectively in winter time from December to February. If you book your trip on these winter months please note that the pool won't be heated.

Great Time

Place was clean and listing details were accurate to the home. Great location as we never had more than 15 minute or so drive to different parts of Austin. Would recommend for groups anytime.

Great vacation house

House was great. Pool was clean. Beds were very comfy. Backyard was a lot of fun. Only complaint was the shower in the bathroom hallway would not drain properly. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Overall a GREAT experience

So glad that we rented this house!!! Had a little AC issue the first day but it was fixed within a few hours (which I was really impressed that it had gotten fixed so fast). I would definitely recommend. Pool was amazing especially in this TX heat.

Not great, bad neighborhood

It was centrally located but also not in a great neighborhood. There was a mission shelter down the road about a minute and we didn’t venture feel comfortable going to the corner store. The pool had so many leaves and looked black and not clean on the bottom and we were afraid to even risk swimming in there (which was the whole reason we hooked this place). Beds were very uncomfortable, even the little kids with us complained about them. It is right off a main road with loud busy traffic you hear all night which woke my daughter up several times. Two of the kids got rashes from the hot tub so I wouldn’t trust the hot tub either. Kitchen doesn’t have a whole lot and don’t even plan on making coffee, it was covered in a nasty film and literally had no water reservoir to even make coffee if we cleaned it. My husband found a roach in the master bath the last night we were there and some areas like the doors with crevices were caked with dust and the drain in the master bath smelled fishy and gross. Backyard area was nice and had games although not all of the bean bags for cornhole. Overall it was not horrible but not great, beds definitely need to be upgraded and place needs a better cleaning. Also chemicals need to be better maintained on hot tub for sure.

Thank you for your review. Regarding your comments on neighborhood, I want to assure you that we have never had any safety issues at this house. It's centrally located on a main street, offering convenient access to many activities in downtown. We also provide amenities like a heated pool and hot tub for our guests to relax and enjoy after their day trips. Austin has indeed been experiencing significant growth in recent years, and there's a lot of development underway. As a result, you might observe a mix of different environments within the neighborhood. For example, near the intersection of IH-35 and St. Johns, you might see workers seeking employment, while just a few blocks away towards Mopac Road, there are newer luxury condominiums. This blend is part of Austin's evolving landscape. Our pool is serviced immediately before each check-in. During your four-day stay, we experienced intermittent storms, and it was also the peak of pollen season in Austin in March. The consistent pollen fall, combined with the rain, could have unfortunately contributed to the pool water condition. For any other issues, I sincerely wish you had communicated with me directly during your stay. As a Superhost for the past nine years, my priority is always to ensure guests have a positive experience. We have a dedicated team, including cleaning, pest control, pool service, and handyman professionals, who are available to resolve any concerns guests may have. All you need to do is inform us
