This property was a great place for a short stay or even a long one. Conveniently located right off the freeway and just steps from the ocean. I would definitely stay again
Nice space but strange planing two rooms 4 people but two chairs to watch tv or eat at the table and the heat was odd steam bath or freeze no heat in the bathroom Garbage was out of control looked like it had not bin dumped in a very long time and stunk Beach was very nice

Basically just an overpriced beach access. No view of the beach without hiking to it. The Whale unit has all of the view and yard. The courtyard at the Seal Slumber was irrelevant. Good supplies but short shower for dwarfs and loose plumbing in bathroom sink. We would never come back to this place again.
This was a great place to stay for our short weekend. It was clean, and the hosts were very helpful when we had a difficult time with the smart lock. (Gotta be smarter than the lock!) Private stairs to the beach were a highlight. The only issue we had was the low shower head. So, heads up if youre above 5'6" tall.
We stayed 2 nights on our road trip to Oregon. The beach was fantastic for people & dogs. The property is exactly as advertised. Thanks for the great memories.
This place was perfect for what I was looking for. Stepping out the door and being able to walk a short path to be on the beach was perfect! Clean and easy access.
Cute simple cabanas. Perfect for a family or families that want a holiday. The hosts were very sweet and accommodating for our ‘personal snafus’ we encountered. Great trail to the beach and just outside of town.

Great property
Overall a great property and very nice stay. The beach was lovely and location was very convenient, it was close to town but far enough away it was quite. Communication wasn't the best but everything went smoothly.
This location was amazing! Clean & stocked with necessities. Heading out the door straight to the beach with my dog was exactly what we were looking to accomplish and this location certainly delivered. Host is well organized, and has great systems in place, everything went smoothly from start to finish..
We enjoyed our stay with amazing access to the beach. We were surprised by the set up of the unit as it is a small entry and two rooms with a bathroom, not a “house”. It served our needs well since we weren’t looking to spend a lot of hanging out in the unit.
Visited from Sacramento with my brother, niece and my work bestie. Our sister lives in Crescent City and we, along with several other family members, came up for the firework show! The property itself is nice, cozy, clean and relaxing. Having your own private walkway to the beach was worth the price alone. Thanks again for allowing us to stay! =]
The stairway and path led down to a serene and beautiful beach. I would drink my tea in the mornings as I walked along listening to the ocean waves. Stopping to look for rocks, sea anemones living on the large boulder, etc. The two bedroom space was great for 4 adults. I didn't realize there was no grill or stove but we made do.
Great value and wonderful place to stay.
My dog had major surgery a few months ago and I was thrilled when he was finally ready for the beach again. This little apartment was perfect for us! No kitchen, but there is a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Very clean and great communication with owner. Would love to stay here again! I felt safe at this location and the beach was just down some stairs and a short walking path.
There were a couple pros about this place; the location, the comfy beds, and nice basic amenities. Unfortunately, it took over an hour for us to check in because we were never sent a door code to enter. When we entered the property, half of it smelled really badly of mold. We didn't feel comfortable staying there, so thankfully they offered us another unit to stay in that was much more updated, comfortable, and didnt smell of mold. If they ever fix their issues, I would recommend them.

Our mistake, we did not read the property details at the bottom of the page so when it listed amenities under the kitchen heading we were shocked to find out there wasn’t a kitchen but it does state NO kitchen. There is a mini fridge in the entry way and a microwave in a bedroom. There is one small sink in the bathroom. The place is sparsely accommodated and very dated. It feels dirty because things are so old and cheap. The entry rug appears stained and filthy. We are not sure how the dishes get cleaned from prior use as there is nowhere to properly clean them. The beds are uncomfortable. One is very hard. If you are ok with a less than motel 6 sleeping experience the location is a 10/10. You do not have an ocean view as the picture implies but you are steps from the steps leading down to an amazing beach.
I completely recommend staying at one the cottages. They are very charming and the Beach accessibility is amazing. My doggy and I had the best time, even though it was a work trip we still made the best of it. It was very quiet in the evenings and hardly anyone was ever on the beach when we went down there. It’s just a super quick drive to Brookings Oregon took me about nine or 10 minutes.
