Oceanfront Top Floor End Unit 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo with private balcony overlooking pool and ocean. Within walking distance to Garden City Pier, restaurants, arcade, ice cream shop, and bar featuring nightly music during season.

The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. ( Laundry supplies provided)

New Queen sleeper in Living room

WiFi, basic cable and Hulu provided.

Parking/Vehicles – Only 1 parking space per unit. NO campers, boats, trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, or commercial vehicles are permitted to park on any portion of the condominium property. Large SUV’s and trucks are not to be parked under the building but on the outside parking area on the west side of the property.

Additional parking can be found on the street or parking lot on Pine Ave

There is an Outdoor shower at end of walkway from the beach for your convenience.

Shared Beachfront Pool with Sundeck/Loungers

Pool is closed from November till Spring. Normally opens week before Easter

Great Stay at Harden City

We’ve stayed in many different vrbo properties. The overall stay from booking to departure was great. Beautifully redone property with all the conveniences of home. Also, in all our stays one of, if not the best communication and welcoming. Deb was great with every detail.

Excellent condo & excellent host

Everything in the listing was spot on. The location is great, the condo was clean, and our host was very accommodating. Deb was an excellent host! She made our check-in and out process smooth and easy. She also supplied us with a lot of the items we needed for our stay so we could limit the items we had to travel with. I would definitely book this location again. Thanks, Deb!

Amazing beachfront condo

My aunt, two cousins and I have a girls week at the beach every year, and I must say this condo on the beach with an amazing view of the ocean is absolutely the best…clean, cozy, beautifully decorated, and Deb (the host) is amazing as well. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. We plan to go back next year!

Amazing place

This condo was amazing! The location is perfect--right on the beach--and the condo has absolutely everything you need including many nice extras (beach chairs & towels, umbrella, beach bag, even sunscreen!). Deb is super helpful and responsive to all inquiries and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving a gift basket of snacks and a gift card to a local restaurant. A perfect place to stay in Garden City for a couple or small group (two bedrooms).

Wonderful property & wonderful host!

Wow, our stay was wonderful in every way! The host's communication leading up to our dates as well as during our stay was thorough and helpful. The unit is just as pictured: beautiful, clean, well-stocked and well located. Since it's an end unit, the beach views are awesome. The extras that Deb provided for us show that she goes above & beyond to make guests feel welcome. I highly recommend this host and this property and hope to return some day!

The Best!

This condo was just perfect! Everything was thought of in advance of our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook at home, which we did often. Gorgeous sunrises and walking the beach every day! Deb, the owner was a delight and responded within minutes if we had any questions. We will be back!

Breathtaking

This condo cannot be any more perfect. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The beach is literally outside your back door. Your walking distance to restaurants, shopping and fishing. We have three boys who had the best vacation and are already asking to return next year. The condo owner are only a message away at all times and went above and beyond with providing items for us to use during our stay.

October at the beach

Deb is great with communication so the check in process was very smooth. Keypad entry meant that we didn’t have to worry about losing a key in the sand. Great amenities and a sweet welcome basket made us feel very welcome! The porch that overlooks the beach was our primary spot. The sound of surf and waves was hypnotizing, and we had perfect seats for sunrises and sunsets without leaving the apartment. Plenty of beach gear meant that we didn’t even need what we brought with us. Chairs, umbrella, and toys and towels are all supplied. It made a wonderful anniversary getaway!

Paradise at the beach

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and the location was perfect. Walmart and other grocery stores as well as many restaurants and souvenir shops were less than 2 miles away. The pier was about 2-3 blocks away. The beds were very comfortable. In the condo there were sand toys, beach towels, and beach bags for us to use. Deb, is the most amazing host you could ask for, she messaged to make sure everything was going well. She gave us some ideas of different places to visit as well. We had had no issues at all it was perfect! Thank you, Deb for making our stay so special. It truly was paradise!
