Propery was just as nice as the photos. Cute recently updated unit with excellent views of the water from the balcony. Unit was well supplied with everything we needed to be comfortable. Easy access to beach and close to restaurants. Enjoyed a wonderful stay

Great location and great room!

The condo is just as nice as the pictures. The furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might want. The very best part is the balcony! Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean. There are two oversized chairs and a table that make the perfect spot for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night! Great pool and beach access is next door. Would definitely stay here again!

Older building but lots of amenities (big pool,gym and game room). Convenient location. Only issues were building maintenance (sticking keys/locks to pool and beach, and only one working elevator). Room(s) was small but updated and had everything we needed including full size kitchen. Excellent and beautiful view. Property manager responsive. Highly recommend.

What a spectacular view we had from our balcony! My husband and I were at Daytona Beach for a wedding and still had time to enjoy the beach and the pool that is at the resort. The room was up to date and very clean. Equipped with all you need. Even extra blankets and pillows. The staff at the resort was very helpful and were all friendly. Renata was great at getting us the check in and check out information in a timely manner. We are planning on staying here again!!

Nice beach trip

The property itself is a little older so some things are in disrepair. There was only one elevator, you needed an actual ket to access the property after hours and to access the p[l amd beach areas. But the locks didnt really work very smoothly so it was sometimes difficult getting in and out. The pool area is nice with a great view ofnthe beach and ample lounge chairs. The room itslef was nicely updated and pleasant to be in.

I would give zero if I could. Tried to reschedule because of my husbands serious accident days before we were supposed to leave for our wedding and lost out on all the money spent. Couldn’t even get back the cleaning fee that wasn’t needed considering we stayed in the hospital in our home town that entire week.

We were very sorry about an unfortunate accident that occurred. Guest was scheduled to arrive on Monday March 27th and called me on March 24th indicating that needed to cancel with a full refund. The guest did sign an agreement that recommended trip insurance in case of emergencies. This guest never asked about or requested reschedule dates.

Great location - careful with rental agent

This was a second stay at this property. Our first experience had us rent immediately upon leaving. However when it came time for a final deposit, that rental agent never responded and in fact no longer was in possession of the unit, 6 weeks before Daytona Bike week. Upon renting from a new rental agent, we could not get into the unit for 40 minutes we waited outside in the hallway with our luggage. She said the maid was coming to reset the lock, did not say she was off premise. When I called back again very upset with our wait time (25 minutes), she told me "how about I give you your "f'#$ng" deposit back and you can find somewhere else to rent. This was at 5:00 pm during Daytona Bike week, we had a motorcycle with us and there was not a chance of finding an empty room, and we know a refund would take 5-7 business days. She made several thousand dollars for this rental and her professionalism what horrible. We will not be coming back to this resort again. We will continue to reserve with hotels that have staff on hand to help, and not at the mercy of a rental with an owner in a different state with our vacation at their mercy. People are very brave when they have a phone or a computer screen to hide behind rather than an actual front desk.

Gina called us very flustered on check in when she could not get the touch pad lock to work with the code she was given. We gave her the code to get the hard key, but she was unable to get the door open with the key. Gina had to wait about 20 minutes when the cleaner arrived. Gina expressed her frustration to me about the delay in the cleaner getting across town during Bike Week, about having to pay the full amount of the rental prior to arrival - and that as a paying customer she shouldn't have to wait and how I was not doing enough to remedy the situation. Her language was colorful and riddled with F-Bombs... so we spoke back in a language she seemed to understand well. We offered to refund in full. Magically the cleaner was able to open the door with the key and the touch pad worked with the code we had originally provided to Gina.
