Quality house. Perfect location

This is a quality home. It served us well. We easily prepared and served a meal for 8. The pool and pool deck area are very inviting. The house and the pool area are spacious and allow you to spread out a bit.The location on PGA National is very nice. The restaurant availability in Palm Beach Gardens is hard to beat. The owners are available and quick to respond is you have a question. We will return!

Good size home in nice neighborhood in PGA

Good size home in a nice neighborhood in PGA. The house is well provisioned and we liked being on a golf course but not in harm’s way of golfers. Owners are organized, professional and easy to deal with. House shows a little age and furnishings are somewhat out of date. We could not get the heater on the pool to work (although didn’t care about that enough to reach out for the owner), and the pool needs more frequent cleaning. Nice backyard with ample sun deck. Nice spacious garage.

My pool service went over on May 15th to address their concerns and sent us back a picture of a perfectly clean pool and also spoke to them. After our guests did not respond to our calls for 2 days we sent our property manager over who confirmed there were no issues with any of the listed items. Guests decided to leave early. They had wrongly assumed they could use all of the resort hotel facilities as part of the rental agreement. My best response is for you to read all my reviews to see the truth as we expend a lot of effort to ensure you will have a wonderful stay in our private home. The PGA resort hotel welcomes everyone to enjoy their restaurants and spa. To utilize their amenities such as pool, golf and fitness center you need to be a hotel guest or transfer a membership to the golf club.

Return visit and still love it!

This is our second trip down and the house, location and the owners are fantastic!! Everything that we needed was there and the house was in great shape. The neighbor is beautiful and safe. Check in was easy and things were ready for vacation mode. We are looking forward to doing it again next year.

thank you

Bruce and Hellen have a lovely home. We enjoyed our stay even though the reason was evacuation from Hurricane Ian. God Bless those Floridians who lost their homes! Thankfully, our home was spared. Thanks again.

Wonderful place to stay

We rented it as our son was having a beach wedding. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the pool was beautiful and refreshing, the grill came in handy, and we certainly had plenty of room! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great family time

The house definitely needs an update but the price is good for what you get. The house is big enough for a family and comes with all the items you will need for your stay. For me was great because it was like going back to the 80’s. The house is like a time machine but not all the members of the family were pleased. Personally my only complaint is the smell the house had and everyone else in my family complained about it. I’m not sure that is the smell of an old house or there is a plumbing leak somewhere that created the smell. I fixed it with air wick in every room. I’m giving 5 stars anyways because I liked the house with 80’s feeling and the price was excellent. If the house has a good upgrade the house should worst the double of the money and the location is great

Outstanding place and location

A group of adults shared this house to play in a baseball tournament and the location and property were perfect. Close to everything from great restaurants to baseball stadiums. Bruce was a wonderful owner to deal with. The house had everything you need, just relax and have fun. Plenty of bathrooms for a bunch of men and the heated pool was relaxing after a game. Looking forward to going back next year

PGA Stay

This property was perfect for our group. We were visiting to see our parents who live in the Devonshire Retirement Community on the PGA grounds. They are in their nineties and loved sitting poolside on the beautiful and comfortable patio watching their great grand kids in the pool. The kids were in the pool non stop. The kitchen was wonderful to cook, serve, and congregate in. This is a well-equipped great property.
