Great space on the second floor with amazing views of the water. Condo is close to beach but need car or cab. Pool area is great, has a kiddie pool area. Clean and comfy all around, ac is great and keeps place cool.

Home Away From Home

Once again a wonderful stay in St. Kitt's @ this villa. The place is just like being at home. Everything is right there from the bottle opener to the swimming pool. Villa is very clean and the view of the ocean is great. We'll be back!

Great place to escape the chilly north!

Second visit to the Silver Reef. Great property and wonderful staff, very attentive. Apartment is very well equipped. We had a jeep that brought us to all the sites. Although you could get away without one. You can walk to the store or taxi and all the restaurants are close by. Loved spending our time on the balcony and by pools(3) Already talking of returning next year! St Kitts is a hidden gem.

Excellent condo - great location

We are a group of 3 adults that take an annual vacation together. We love condos that are close to things to do. This condo was great. Close to the beach. Easy parking. Clean and comfortable. We had a couple minor issues that were solved expeditiously with the owner and the property manager, Tracy. Easy to communicate with both of them. Would definitely recommend and we will stay again when we go back.

High quality by every measure

Silver Reef is a wonderful property with an outstanding location. There are three swimming pools on the property and all are nice and clean. The unit was in exceptional condition with high quality furnishings that appeared to have been recently updated. I rarely give five stars, but measured price for quality, this unit is difficult to beat. The municipal water did go out a couple of evenings, but there were 20 liters of bottled tap water in the unit to help with cleanup. The location is an easy walk to the strip for dining and swimming in the Caribbean, and also a short, easy walk to the Marriott and grocery stores. The stairway to access the unit is a bit steep, so it might be difficult for young children or elderly guests. The property is also close to Marshall's restaurant, which offers some of the finest dining in the Caribbean. I'll likely stay here again next time I visit St Kitts.
