Located above the highly rated Cascade Draft House and right across the street from the Sessions Hotel and Southern Craft BBQ. With access to State Street, you are never more than a few blocks away from any entertainment or excitement that Bristol has to offer. Loft has street access to State Street where you can access any of the local shops or restaurants. Also, the loft is only a few miles away from the recently opened Hard Rock Casino! Come unwind and relax at this great loft and explore all that downtown Bristol has to offer!

This place was wonderful! Very spacious and comfortable for my family. Probably one of the best stocked palaces…had plenty of towels, paper products, and the kitchen had everything you needed. Christopher’s place was very clean…such a beautiful place to stay!!

Great Spot in Bristol

This loft is located downtown on State street. Great spot with all sorts of entertainment and restaurants in easy walking distance. The loft is well laid out, appointed well and with two large room and a pull out there is plenty of room. My kids and I had a great time exploring Bristol from here!

Great Place!

The location was amazing. It was a bit loud on Saturday night because of the bar below, but that was expected. Super clean, spacious, and has evening you need. Ideal for four people and easy access to everything down town has to offer.Would definitely recommend and wilWould definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! Chris was so helpful and accommodating, even providing a pack and play for our son. The location is excellent—very walkable to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We were initially a little concerned about public parking, but there were always spots available, so it was never an issue. Chris also gave a detailed picture of where parking was available. The bar downstairs wasn’t noisy at all and didn’t bother us. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d love to stay here again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

Nice place

We were sadly not there for pleasure but to assist with the disaster that struck NE TN and various states. This location was far from our site but it was a welcome place at the end Of the day. It was updated, clean , comfortable and surrounded with choices of restaurants if it had been earlier we would have tried them. Anyone looking for a getaway and convenient local to Bristol downtown this is your place . Thank you Chris

Downtown Bristol

Check in was a breeze. The place was very clean and easy to find. Parking was not an issue however I did arrive late at night. If it was a more busy time however parking wouldnt be an issue i dont think considering how much public parking there is. Just may be a little bit more of a walk but that is not an issue personally. Would definitely stay again.

This property exceeded all of our expectations. Super easy check-in, parking was a breeze, right on State Street (close to all the restaurants you need) and an easy drive to the Hard Rock Casino.We'll absolutely stay here again.
