The Little Red Tudor is the perfect place to plan your Lexington adventure. Whether you are here to watch the Wildcats play on Kroger Field or you're attending the races at Lexington Stakes, this house has everything you'll need. You can drive to the University in under 10 minutes or walk there in approximately 40. It's centrally located to bars, restaurants and shopping. We cant wait to host you and your family/friends, soon.

Great getaway

Home is close to downtown Lexington for all your dining and entertainment. Well appointed with everything you need to cook or order in. Snacks and extra toiletries were great for those that are forgetful. Neighbor introduced themselves and explained that they were remodeling and was sure to keep noise to a minimum and only during daytime hours. This was a perfect stay for our son’s graduation from UK. Will absolutely stay again if we come down for a football or basketball game.

Great House, Great Host!!

We had a great time at this place! There is ample space for 6 adults at the table, a kitchen that allowed us to make dinner meals every night, comfortable beds and enough bathrooms at any given time. We even used the basement area and it's the cleanest, tidiest one I've ever seen in my life. The house was close to the airport and the Keeneland horse track as well as being in the center of the Bourbon Trail. Patrick, our host, was fantastic and always available to help whenever we had questions. We highly recommend staying at this home and with our host Patrick.

Excellent host!

We arrived late in the evening and our host had bottled water, snacks, etc. ready and waiting. Everything was stocked up. We have stayed in many rentals and this was the easiest and most accommodating experience so far. We would definitely stay there again.

Cute Red House

This was a great stay. Plenty of seating and sleeping room for all. Very conveniently located. The property manager kept up communication before and after checkin.
