This adorable 1 bedroom/1 bath condo sits perfectly on Ol River with views of both the river and Gulf from private balcony. Small condominium complex allows for peaceful stays with outdoor pool overlooking the river. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and community outdoor grilling area with new charcoal grills. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and a parade of boats from the second story gazebo or from your own porch. First come, first serve wet boat slip parking available with $50 fee per night, trailers cannot be left on property. Please contact me for more details if interested in boat parking.

I highly recommend this lovely property. The corner patio allowed for privacy and views of both the golf and the river. The pool was very clean and nicely warm. I love the fact that it’s 6 feet deep. I’m a swimmer and so many places only offer a 4 or 5 foot pool. I’m sad to leave. This place feels like home.

Perfect Getaway

Cute condo with easy walk up access and elevator. Easy check in. Owner responsive to questions. Just too bad the birds were nesting in dunes, so we couldn’t get to beach across street.

Perfect Getaway

We were beyond impressed with this rental. It had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect getaway ( and we love to cook, so that says a lot about *everything was there). We loved the location and were able to see the gulf and watch the boats go down the river to ONO Island. Our host/Property manager went above and beyond to insure that we were happy and accommodated. We will definitely reach out to rent this one again in the future.
