You couldn't have a more perfectly located property. Slopeside right on the mountain at the base of Peak 9. You ski out the back to the Quicksilver Super 6 lift and can ski right back home. The Beaver Run SuperChair is just barely a block walk away and ski back home. Even the ski school is right behind our building, as well as Maggie pond
The condo is truly ski in/ski out AND walking to restaurants, shops and grocery stores all within a few blocks of the condo. Also the free Summit shuttle bus stop is right in front of our building in case you want to get to other resorts or a different part of the mountain (rather than ski across ie. the peak 6) or don't feel like walking to the gondola, shops etc.
As a bonus entry to the building and condo is keyless so you don’t even have to check in anywhere, and you just show up straight at the condo! Park right out front of the building (free) and never get in your car again!
The building has ski lockers and an elevator to our third floor corner unit condo.
Basically you never have to get in a car once you get to the unit. There are even free shuttle buses to take you to Frisco, the outlets and some of the other ski resorts nearby.
The unit itself has one bedroom with a king bed (with a brand new mattress Nov 2019) and a second bedroom with a twin bunk over a full bed (both mattresses are only couple years old). The living room has a brand new (Nov 2019) queen sofa bed with a 5' foam mattress and love seat as well as an ottoman
Both bathrooms are full bathrooms one with tub, the other with brand new walk in shower. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils that you will need for your stay and has been newly renovated in 2019. The large counter has 4 stools and there is also a small dining table with seating for 4.
Please note this condo may not be ideal for toddlers as it is not childproofed and does have a fireplace with a glassfront that does get warm.
There is cable TV in each bedroom as well as a large flat screen in the living room which has plenty of seating.
The living room has a gas fireplace and access to a large balcony with a slight view of the mountains. And lots of sunshine. The second bedroom also has access to this balcony. The master has large windows with a wonderful view.
The property has both an outdoor hot tub on site as well as a steam room and changing rooms/lockers. It also has an indoor/outdoor shared pool and 3 additional hot tubs right across the street. There are ski lockers on the main floor (25 cents charge). As well as laundry facilities on every other floor. There is free parking for the building right out front. High speed WiFi is included The condo has newly been renovated as has the entire building and the shared pool.

Ski school info: There are two ski school locations on Peak 9. One is at the bottom of the Quicksilver Super6 for ages 3-13 and that one is right outside our back door (ski in and out), the other is at the Beaver Run Superchair for ages 3-13. That one is just a block walk away and ski home. Both also have nurseries and adult lessons.
Summer: Main street with all its restaurants, shops and activities is a block walk away. Maggie pond out back is great for paddle boarding and other water sports. In summer, hiking, horseback riding, water activities are also right in your back yard. As a special treat, the Breckenridge Stables just a block up the street provide sleigh rides in winter.

Great location. Condo is nicely updated and clean. Property Manager was great. Prompt communication and excellent written instructions prior to arriving
Trails End is truly a ski in ski out stay with quick access to the Quicksilver lift. The hot tub and sauna available on site is great post skiing. We were able to walk to town easily. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We will definitely stay there again.
Nathalie was easy to get a hold of and communicate with. The apartment was ideally located close to the lifts at Peak 9 and the apartment itself was perfect for 3 adults
The host was incredible at communicating all throughout the process - from booking to check-out. We only had one minor issue that she helped us work through such as the smoke detector chirping in one of the bedrooms and helping us figure out where extra batteries were to replace. Otherwise the location and amenities could not have been better!!! Not even 25 yards from the nearest ski lift and an easy walk to Main Street for Apres' Ski activities. We were blown away at what Breck has to offer and we definitely plan on coming back! The Hot Tub and Sauna on-site were also a huge bonus and the ski/board locker room was super convenient so as not to have we equipment in our living area. 10/10 would recommend and like I mentioned we'd love to come back again some day!

The property was perfectly situated, updated with attractive decor, cozy and functional. We had immediate access to the Quick Silver lift, and an easy walk to town. It had all the amenities we needed and a comfortable atmosphere to relax in. We will be staying there again!
We loved our stay. Lots of space for us to spread out, kitchen well-equipped (we ate most meals in), and such a great location - two blocks from town, but super quiet! The owner was so lovely and responsive - we will definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed the stay. The unit was perfect for the four of us and so close to the Quicksilver lift. also close to Main street.
We highly recommend this unit.
The location was great. The property has been updated nicely, but the price is on par with luxury accommodations in town like Moubtain Thunder, and Crystal Peak Lodge, yet it is not truly in that category.

The rate you paid was our peak rate for the new years/holiday stay, it is significantly higher at those properties, for similar accommodations, during those dates . And though Trails End is not the newest property in Breck it is hands down one of the best most sought after locations (ski in/ski out AND walk into town). And our unit in particular is completely updated (except for a few pieces we haven't been able to let go off yet :) Most importantly new (not even a year old) mattresses and sofas. Everything is as it appears in the photos
This is year 4 for us and by far this was the BEST condo we have stayed at in Breck! It was well maintained, well stocked, great location and easy to check in! I highly recommend this property!

Why they chose this property
We love the town of Breckenridge. It is truly magical!! Spring, summer, fall and winter! Phenomenal weather and so much to do! We saw so many properties but loved Trails End, the location and the amenities are unbeatable: you are not only on the snow at a high speed chairlift but also only a block from main street!
What makes this property unique
A very relaxing, inviting condo in a fabulous building with all the amenities (indoor outdoor hottubs, pool etc) all newly renovated. You never have to get in a car your whole stay... you ski right out the back door, walk to the heart of town and can take a shuttle for everything else... such a treat! Truly can't be beat!
