Bad experience overall, please read.
I've stayed at corova multiple times and always had a great experience with rental properties.
Check in went well, but when we arrived we found some issues. The coffee pot was moldy, there was leftover food in the kitchen sink area. There was leftover/expired food in the refrigerator and freezer. The dishwasher/sink had spoiled food in it, to the point it smelled like sewage. All bathroom fixtures had corrosion. The second floor queen bedroom's bathroom shower did not have hot water and water pressure. The outside patio furniture was so rusted it could not be used. There was also leftover food outside.
I understand not every rental is perfect. But communication with the owner was the worst part. Within the first couple of hours, I notified the owner about the above issues. NO RESPONSE.
6 DAYS LATER, he told us the check out process. I asked him if he received my previous message. He told me that he did, BUT chose to not respond because he was not issuing a refund and the deal I got was already enough. I never requested or mentioned a refund ever. We just wanted the shower, coffee pot, and food issue resolved. I took pictures of some things and could provide the conversation with the owner.
