If the ocean is rough or busy one day, this owner also shares his soundfront lots with you, so you can enjoy the boat ramp, picnic table and bench as you crab and fish or take your boat or paddleboards out for a spin!

This classic oceanfront home has just undergone an extensive remodel, new siding, windows, walkway to the beach, decks, new furniture, appliances, floors and so much more! Bring your family, bring your pets, and enjoy this serene oasis surrounded by the beauty of the 4wd beaches!

Here you will have 4 bedrooms, 3 and a half baths. The top floor has a Queen master with jacuzzi tub off the main living area, which includes a wood fireplace. Off the kitchen and living areas is a large screened porch, with a sun deck off that.

On the mid level, there is a King master and two bedrooms with 2 twins in each, that share a full hall bath. This level has generous decks on 3-sides.

Beach Parking:
Parking passes are REQUIRED on Currituck County beaches between April 30 and October 1. This home provides TWO beach parking passes.
