This Gatlinburg gem boasts space for up to 12 guests across 3 gorgeous bedrooms and 3.5 spa-like bathrooms. From a modern, fully equipped kitchen to flatscreen TVs throughout, you'll find the conveniences and extras you want on a getaway in the Great Smoky Mountains.

In the mornings, whip up breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances, dark cabinets, and a large island. Gather around the dining table for meals or use the space for board games and card games at night. The living room nearby features a beautiful sofa and coordinating chairs, a glass fireplace, and a big screen TV. Large picture windows frame the tree-studded views here as well.

Outside, sit back in the rocking chairs and relax with a view. Sip a drink as you chat with friends before heading to the private indoor pool! When you're not swimming and splashing, have fun in the rec rooms that offer a pool table, a foosball table, arcade games, a live-edge bar with stools, and more.

Gorgeous Property

We were there for my daughters batchelorette party. There were 8 of us. The entire property was gorgeous, plenty of sleeping area. The fully functional kitchen was great since we ate in breakfast and dinner. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful addition to the property. So nice to have several bathrooms to use. It was clean when we arrived and I was so pleased at how easy the directions were to unlock the front door. They had taken alot of care to the property and fun things to do, pool table, vintage video games and board games. Very thoughtful. Highly recommend this property! Thank you for going the extra mile. Enjoy the smell of urine as you sleep

This is a relatively new house under deplorable management by CabinsForYou. A Google review of CabinsForYou will easily demonstrate that they are the slum lords of vacation rentals. They admit that they are screwing you over, that they are failures, and that the substandard conditions that you report to them are unacceptable, yet they hide behind their contract and say too bad so sad for you we got your money. NEVER stay in any of their properties. They did not clean the house, one of the beds smelled like urine, the tuns and shower curtains had orange fungus growth, the kitchen cabinets and walls had sticky splatter all over them, blinds had dust on them, windows had finger and hand prints all over them, hot tub was disgustingly filthy, kitchen was not equipped with adequate cookware to cook with, 2 small pot and 2 small fry pans for a house advertised to accommodate 12 people. Over temp is off, pool and pool room had trash in it, including a used band aid. ZERO attention to detail on the part of CabinsForYou and a screw the customer business model.

Donald, thank you for sharing your review. We hate to hear that the cabin was not up to your standards and that you encountered cleanliness issues during your stay. We do see that you've spoken with a member of management, and we offered multiple times to send someone out to resolve the issues you were having. Ultimately, you declined multiple times, and we made you aware of what our rental agreement states as having to have 24 hours to resolve any reported issues upon checking in. We are saddened to hear that you felt unheard and uncared for, and we truly apologize as that was not our intention. We, since, have had your concerns addressed to prevent this from being the experience of any of our future guests. We, again, are sincerely sorry for your poor experience with us, and we hope that you're able to return to the Smokies for a more enjoyable vacation, regardless of where you decide to stay.
