Beautiful Property & Convenient Location

Came to visit Tobago for the first time and very glad to have opted for this property rather than a hotel. The property was clean, convenient to the airport and central road for travel through the island. Pool was a gorgeous addition, as well as the outdoor seating area. Check-in process was a little confusing but once we figured it out it was a great stay with lots of privacy.

"Perfect Family Getaway"

We loved this modern home; it was ideal for our family of 9, and we had a fantastic time in the pool. The space was not only beautifully designed but also clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also truly appreciated the hospitality and flexibility of our host. The location was perfect, offering both the convenience of nearby shops and beaches and a great atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again. Upon booking the villa, Clyde the owner texted me and introduced himself. Clyde was very hands on and responded to all my questions pertaining to the villa.The location was perfect.Clyde visited us during our stay to introduce himself. He was very hospitable and welcoming - showed us around The villa was well stocked with everything we needed. Clyde went above and beyond to ensure we were very comfortable. Great spot for families

Tobago Staycation

The property was better than advertised. Everything was clean and ready for us on check in. Mr Alleyne was a pleasant and helpful host... And, as expected, the pool was the highlight of the stay, especially with 4 children and a few non-swimming adults. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

Perfect Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. It is even more beautiful than pictured online. The home was modern, clean and spacious. We loved that each bedroom had its own en suite. We also very much appreciated that we literally had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, from kitchen and bathroom supplies to towels for the showers and the pool/beach and extra linen. You can tell that they put extra thought into what is needed to be comfortable. Location was perfect, close to beach, bars, restaurants and the pool was amazing! So many more good things I could say. We would definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

Convenient + Incredible Host

We stayed here with our family of 10 and everything was great! Super clean, close to the beach, and in a great location. Our flight arrived early and our host went out of his way to come and pick us up and take us to the home since our ride was scheduled for later. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall, the house is beautiful and worked so well for our family. This was a family trip and we had 16 people with age ranges from 13 to 79. The home was very clean and everything worked well. The rooms were great - everyone had their own space and bathroom.The listing states quiet time starting at 7 pm. The neighbors do not worry about the quiet. The homes are VERY close together and the neighbors were in their pool playing and yelling until 3 or 4 am multiple nights. These were different families as we saw one group depart and thought it would be better, but the next group was the same. I don’t think that house was under the same property management, so nothing the property manager could do about the noise.Even during the day, the neighbors would blast music while enjoying the pool, which meant we had to listen to their music while at our pool.During our stay, there was a leak in the 2nd floor from an air conditioner. Property management took care of it, but it took 2 days and we had to walk through wet towels and had to put out trash cans to collect the water and make sure we emptied it. We then had to wash the towels used to soak up the water. We get that maintenance items such as this happen, but it did stop us from enjoying the game room for 2 days.The neighborhood is still being built and the homes and landscaping are really beautiful. Someone came twice to clean the pool while we were there, which was also really nice.

Family Vacation

We stayed here for our family vacation and had a wonderful time. Clyde was very efficient making sure check in was smooth. This place is modern very clean and close to everything. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of space for our group of 9. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to other families to stay here as well.

Perfect Stay in Crown Point

2nd time staying here. It’s in a safe and secure neighborhood, and walking distance to restaurant, bars, shops, along with Store Bay beach. Home is clean, with more than enough linens and everything you need in kitchen. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with host is easy and pleasant. I highly recommend this place for your next visit.

Amazing Home in a great location

Beautiful home, extremely comfortable in a new development/community right in Bon Accord. Walking distance to Store Bay and entertainment district. Minutes from Pigeon Point and the airport. Clyde is very responsive and great host. Looking forward to staying here again in the future

BEAUTIFULLY PERFECT

My stay at this property was nothing short of perfection! Clean, modern, everything works! it's a perfect location if you want to be close to the beaches and the main strip. Amazing!

Incredible experience from start to finish. Clyde was extremely helpful and responsive. We were met upon arrival with a tour of the property. Everything was immaculate, clean and new - all as pictured online. The location was perfect, the pool was perfect. Many bathrooms, large bedrooms, perfect indoor and outdoor seating. Beautiful landscaping. Will be back again for sure!

I have nothing but positive remarks about our time spent. Mr Clyde was exceptional from start to finish. He was extremely responsive and thorough to all my initial questions/concerns prior to my arrival. He was also very accommodating the day of arrival as the group was to be arriving at different times. The pictures are an accurate representation of the property. Very close to everything we needed for our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Modern Luxury Escape

Sometimes we wonder if the pictures are real. Silver Palms 19 is what you see is what you get. This modern luxury home is a great getaway villa. Our family enjoyed every bit of it. The location 5mins from airport, Pigeon Point and Store Bay. Only one slight problem was with the gate beyond that everytime we reached out for anything the response was immediate. Thank You.

Nice place. Perfect if u have your own vehicle.

The accommodations are as advertised. Clean. Air condition functions well. All appliances function well. Water heater functions reasonably well except for in one room. Could do a better job at providing a supply of toilet paper and paper towels. We had to go out and buy some. Other than that, biggest gripe the security gate. This is not a man gate. There is no access to the gate from your villa. If you have friends or family or drivers stopping by the Villa, you have to leave the villa and walk to the gate, which is approximately 200 yards, To open it. This becomes quite cumbersome after a while, particularly in greater than 90°F environments. If you have your own transport, this is a perfect place to stay. Quite accessible to several beaches and the airport.

My wife and I are retirees from Trinidad. We have built and managed many high grade rental villas in Tobago over the past 15 years, and our rental guests have always enjoyed their stays at our villas. Many of our bookings are actually repeat bookings from previous guests, or via referrals from our guests to friends or family.

Why they chose this property

We built our villa in the Silver Palms subdevelopment because it was one of the few gated secure and gated communities in Tobago. It's also located in very close proximity to the airport and Crown Point area, which means that its very centrally located, with the airport, Store Bay and Pigeon Point beaches, groceries and food outlets are literally within 1 - 4 minutes drive.

What makes this property unique

With its striking and modern design, the villa stands out in the neighborhood. At 2700 square feet in living space, 4 bedrooms and 5 baths, it can easily accommodate larger groups up to 12 persons and still have space for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. Guest comfort is assured as the villa is completely air conditioned.
