The penthouse is located in the Militari district, not far from the Plaza Shopping Mall, the AFI Shopping Mall and in a quiet location on Lake Morii. The center (Old Town) is not far from the apartment. The apartment has a view over Bucharest. At night, the lights of the illuminated city can be seen from the living room and bedroom, as well as Lake Morii. The penthouse is luxuriously furnished.High-quality German parquet, a modern built-in kitchen with BOSCH Home Connect devices such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with microwave and steam function, ceramic hob and Nespresso coffee machine round off a black kitchen. The penthouse has a roof terrace to the east (20 sqm). The apartment is fully equipped with E-Home, all functions can be controlled via Apple Homepods, such as heating, air conditioning, Apple's sound system brings music to every room with Apple music. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and a modern look. The electronic door lock from Nuki facilitates access via keypad and the elevator gives you direct access to the underground car park.
