Host was wonderful…great, friendly communication.Suite was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable and plenty of attention to detail. Coffee and snacks were much appreciated!Hope to stay again when in the area!
Clean and well appointed with all the amenities we expected and some we didn’t like a towel warmer in the bathroom, an espresso machine and a level 2 charger for those driving an EV. Close to downtown shopping and restaurants and to several wineries like Cathedral Ridge, Marchesi Vineyards and more. The hosts were attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable about Hood River and adventures to be had in the Columbia Gorge.Highly recommended for short stays in this beautiful part of Oregon.
Jamie was very accommodating and polite! Made us feel welcome prior, during, and after our stay. The place was clean and very inviting. Cozy and plenty of space for a couple looking to getaway for the night or weekend in Hood River. Conveniently and centrally located to freeway access and the wineries. Exceeded our expectations for sure!
We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, well-appointed space. It has everything we needed as a comfortable home base for mountain biking and a white water raft trip.
Helpful hints in the book created for guests. Easy to find and comfortable. Basic necessities and lots of plug-ins, something for everyone. Many thanks.
We enjoyed our stay in the very comfortable and well appointed little "cottage". Host was very attentive and offered many special extras in the unit. Unit was located in a nice neighborhood close to downtown Hood River and the River front. We spent time doing the local "fruit loop" and enjoyed many of the local orchards & wineries. (It is apple & pear season so we bought several varieties.) We also did some shopping in the quaint downtown and found several good restaurants. Did some excellent hikes in the Mt Hood area too. Very scenic and trails in excellent condition. Fall is a wonderful time to visit the Hood River area!
Hi there — we’re longtime Hood River locals who feel incredibly lucky to call this beautiful part of the world home. We love sharing the Gorge with guests and have curated our space (and recommendations) to help you experience it to the fullest.
When we’re not hosting, we’re out exploring with our daughter — kayaking, hiking, skiing, or just growing and cooking great food. We’re nearby if you need anything and always happy to help make your stay easy and memorable.
