Have fun with the whole family in this elegant and amazing 1-acre house, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, pool, hot spa, golf course, and tiki bar. All rooms with double beds and TVs, front porch, entrance for 10 cars, spacious open and bright social areas, modern kitchen, and top-of-the-line appliances. Near Miccosukee Casino, car racetrack, Redlands winery and brewery, cinemas, go-karts, skydiving, and even shopping. Key Largo is 30 minutes away, Homestead Beach is 12 minutes away

Property has a artificial grass area where you may host an event up to 30 people, ( events are not part of regular cleaning) , the extensive tiky area over the swim jacuzzy for 12 people make this a very desirable area to enjoy, or even play golf next to the pool.

Imagine having a gathering with your partner in this hot tub spa with lights that accommodates 12 people.

No smoking in the house, no fireworks near the Tiky bar, car must park ONLY in driveway, pets allowed. Any events of over 12 people must be disclosed or booking shall be cancelled.

No smoking in the artificial turf and golf area. If the guest causes any damage, charges will apply

What makes this property unique

Due to location far away from city, internet is only offered via dish, and connection is unstable . Wifi Hotspot from phones is recommended to have good TV streaming

keep in mind the Garage cannot be used, as the owner has some belongings at the moment

We provide hand paper towels and toilet paper to start up the booking. All extra items are personal and must be brought by guest as we only provide start up. There is a gas station down the street n 272 st that does provide all these at convenient prices or if needed we can send them to you, any items that may be needed, with 24 hour request and service call will be charged 50 dollars. No supermarket errands available.

Hot tub spa is hot and will maintain hot as long as lids are on, once spa lids are taken off. Temperature may decrease.

Pool does not have pool heater.

A BBQ Grill is available at 25 dollars per night
