The house is connected to an apartment building but no one other than VRBO guests will have access to the house. Other things to note We just recently added a privacy fence to a portion of the back patio.
The building next door has 8 apartments. The apartment tenants use a laundry facility that is located in the basement of this house. The basement has been sectioned off and the tenants do not have any form of access into the house itself or your side of the basement.
The door that the apartment tenants use to access the basement is located in the middle of the back patio of this house. (Please see pictures of the back of the house for reference - and note the new privacy fence is not pictured.)
The laundry facility for the apartment tenants ONLY is a paid laundry facility and we do not recommend guests use this as we have provided a washer and dryer that is free for you to use. The VRBO guests W/D is located in the basement but again - these areas have been completely separated off and do not have connecting doors. The way VRBO guests access their laundry is from a door inside the house.

We loved our stay. The house spacious yet cozy. It is conveniently located. Even in the colder weather we were able to walk to our dinner location with easy. I would highly recommend staying here.
We had the absolute best stay at this location!!!! It was a amazing place away from our crazy momma lifes!!! It was cozy and cute. So easy to just be comfortable in! Our hosts had everything set up for us with an amazing binder laying out where to go and grab food, Wi-Fi pass words. There was an issue with the front door and was fixed immediately!!! Highly recommend!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We really enjoyed everything inside except the bathrooms. The water pressure was very poor and the space has no counter surfaces or places to hang towels to dry.
We wished it had a yard with some outdoor space.
The property was in a quiet, charming neighborhood near a park and also near downtown. With three bedrooms and two baths, it was large enough to accomodate four adults and two kids 6 mo. to 3 yrs. Issues, like refrigerator temp not working and water discharging from the wash machine onto the basement floor were quickly taken care of. It worked for us to stay there for a week in Lexington for a family wedding.
We booked this property for a family wedding in downtown Lexington. It was wonderful to have an entire house to ourselves so that we could spread out and everyone could have their own bedroom. We also saved money cooking our own breakfast and having a happy hour with a fully appointed kitchen. Not only did they have every cooking tool, utensil, dish, coffee cup and glass, but they also had so many extra touches, like all the tools necessary to make cocktails, ice ready in the freezer, ground coffee, creamers and sugar. We also appreciated the welcoming table in the foyer and a front door hook for purses, coats and umbrellas.
We also loved the soft and cozy decor. The furniture was super comfy and clean and the dining room was filled with warm colors that made us feel at home. Everything in the house was spotless and in great working order.
We were surprised that we had so much space for parking in the private driveway. We could easily fit 3 vehicles securely off the street. And the neighborhood was quaint, quiet, and seemed safe. It's also a few blocks from a large park with lots of walking paths.
Bottom line, we were excited about this property before we arrived and after staying there we can say that it exceeded all our expectations.
