About this property

Home For Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, & Lake Powell

A home to enjoy for days or a week. It is spacious and lovely.

Our home is in a peaceful residential neighborhood originally developed in 1993 to meet the city’s rapid growth. The area was thoughtfully planned with modular homes on full city lots—each with private, fenced yards and paved streets. While some homes on the street reflect their age, many—including ours—are well cared for and updated. You will find a quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood that feels like home and will be a delight to stay in for your vacation of any length.

The space
Just minutes away from everything you want to see and do while visiting Page. Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, and Antelope Canyon. This attractive and roomy home is only blocks from the heart of Page with many restaurants and gift shops. You can walk everywhere.

There is off-street parking for up to three cars or a small boat. Fully air-conditioned/heated home will be sure to keep you cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and completely comfortable for the months in between. New linens and furnishings throughout. Big screen TV, and 1 gig High-Speed Wifi, family-friendly board games & puzzles.

Fully stocked kitchen, including pots/pans, utensils, dishware, coffee maker with coffee and tea selections, toaster, crockpot, microwave.

Master has a King bed and newly remodeled private bath.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom has two twins with comfy mattresses and 12" mattress trundle pullouts underneath.

Linens and beds are provided for 8 guests. When you reserve this home, linens and towels will be provided for the number you indicate.

Guest access
This is a private home with fully fenced yard and gazebo.

Other things to note
Although many people enjoy traveling with pets, our home is not set up well for them. And we do not have a yard or nearby area for pets to eliminate. Most importantly, we like to keep our homes pet-free for those that are sensitive to pet dander. If you have a service animal, we suggest one of the many other Page accommodations that are well suited for your furry family members.

Other than the amazing Lake Powell and iconic sites just minutes away (each ten to 30 minutes) you are just a few hours from Grand Canyon, Zion's, Bryce's, Monument Valley, and more.

We highly suggest booking your activities now. Area activities and equipment get completely sold out May-October.

The two most visited and spectacular sights nearby are Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. Both of these are only 15-20 minutes from your vacation home. In addition, Glen Canyon Dam has amazing views of the canyon, lake, and dam, free videos and is and only 10 minutes away. Here is information on all three—

Horseshoe Bend
This iconic attraction is free to the public, but there is a $10 charge for parking. Tours are available if desired but not necessary. The parking lot is 10 minutes away from your Page vacation home. Once parked you must walk about half a mile on an easy but sandy and uphill trail to the overlook. This attraction gets very crowded and there may be lines to pass through the parking fee booth. Early hours offer spectacular viewing and fewer crowds.

Antelope Canyon
There is actually an upper and lower canyon and each of these has its own unique beauty (and fee). The canyons are only a 20-minute drive from Page. Because Antelope Canyon is on the Indian Reservation, you can drive to the attraction entrance, but you can not enter Antelope Canyon without a native Navajo guide. Therefore, it is not only recommended to book a tour but absolutely necessary. You don't have to book a tour guide in advance, though it is highly recommended. You may want to work with one of the many companies that conduct these tours and provide transportation to and from the site.

Glen Canyon Dam
Tours are free. The hours are from 8 am -5 pm. There are videos throughout the day that are informational and enjoyable. You can also take the elevator down to the lower dam level. It is free and highly recommended.

Lake Powell
If you like recreational water activity, Lake Powell is truly amazing. The water is warm from June through early October and there are many accessible and even private beaches for swimming. There is a National Park entrance fee that you pay as you enter the parking area. You can take a tour or you can rent a boat or wave runners for the day. Some tours are available year-round and even when the water is cold, the trip up and around the lake and its many canyons is well worth it.

Float the River
River tours start from Page and reservations are recommended.

From the Air
Scenic flights are available, and the small private airport is five minutes away.
