Indulge and relax at this local designer inspired and fully remodeled exclusive Chandler home –minutes from parks, Tempe Sports Complex, restaurants and shopping! Rest and soak in the sun surrounded by the sparkling pool in the resort like and lush private backyard w/BBQ and dining area. Great open floorplan for family enjoyment with all the amenities. Close freeway access to tour the Valley of the Sun! We support equality!

Swimming pool is heated between the months of November until April at NO additional cost to the guests. Pool heater is set at 85 degrees. In the event that outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees.

Pets stay without additional fees.

Swimming pool is heated during the colder months at no additional charge to the guest. Pool heater thermostat is set at 85 degrees between the months of November and April. If outdoor temperature drops below 50 degrees, pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees. There is pool service once per week.
