Construction of Keystones new Kindred has officially begun and will be taking place through 2025. Please be aware when booking that nearby construction will be ongoing. Skyrun will not provide any refunds or do property changes due to construction, increased walk time to lifts, noise, or ongoing work in this area. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom penthouse in River Run Village has it all. Slope views, dramatic 20' cathedral ceilings, and plenty of space for your entire family. Enter into the spacious living room and enjoy the comfy leather furniture, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and glass doors opening to your private balcony. There is a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate any additional guests. The dining room can seat up to 6 people, great for having a meal with the whole family. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook like you're right at home.The primary bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, an en suite bathroom, and access to a balcony overlooking the slopes of Keystone. The guest bedroom just off the living room features a queen size bed with an en suite bathroom and unique skylight located above the bed. Just down the hall you'll find the second guest bedroom which features a twin over double bunk bed with a trundle and has access to the balcony. Red Hawk is amenity rich with a private year-round heated outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, steam room, inviting lobby with pool table, game tables and private ski lockers with plenty of room for snowboards or skis! Enjoy all of the extra space and a third bathroom in River Run, but quiet and close to slopes. Come enjoy amenity-rich Red Hawk Lodge!This condo has one available parking space.

Very Comfortable

This place checked all the boxes for us. We enjoyed chillin in the living room and the kitchen was well stocked. The doors were wide enough for a wheelchair. The only drawback was the construction starting at 7am kindof a butt dart for enjoying morning coffee. We would stay here again though.

Great location!!!

Great location, right next to the gondola. We had an issue with our unit and management was right there to help us out. The kitchen/ living room area is small, but it was perfect t for us. I would definitely stay again.

The best girls trip!

What an amazing condo! The view itself of the skiing mountain with the people on it, along with the ski village, was incredible! This place is located almost center in the HUB of keystone! Some of the coolest restaurants and bars are literally less than a minute away! I’m blown away at the balcony view and also the hot tub/pool/steam room. It was the perfect combination for the best girls trip imaginable!

Stellar location and view!

This unit was incredibly close to the keystone river run action. The balcony view is literally people skiing, the walkway parallels a vibration marsh/river and the unit itself has access to a heated pool, hot tub and steam room. This is perfect for a long day skiing, boarding, tubing, hiking or even just shopping. Highly recommend. Plus everyone gets their own bathroom!

Beautiful location!

Feels like a penthouse! Big deck! There is a skylight in third bedroom, but we didn't end up needing it since our friends were unable to come up (I personally hate sky lights so thought I would mention) The garbage disposal/sink/dishwasher clogged but that is just a thing that happens from time to time! The furnishings were very comfortable and although it was too chilly for the pool it looked very nice

Nice, but lots of little undisclosed compromises

These condos in keystone are all good places to stay. This place is nice, but it has issues. No AC is not a deal breaker because it usually stays relatively cool in keystone. We had some warmer evenings. Our biggest disappointment is the parking. We rented a 3 bedroom condo and found out at check in the condo only had one parking space on the property. This was exaggerated by the managers of this condo not being able to give us a clear conversation about how off sight parking works with this condo. We faced having to pay an additional fee per night per vehicle. I was not having that. I went to the keystone lodge and found some helpful people at their front desk and by the kindness of their hearts, they figured out how to get all the additional vehicles in our party parking passes for all three of of the nights we were staying. We still had to do some shuffling because of the others vehicles being 1/2 a mile away, but I was relieved to get the assistance outside of this condo's management. The stay ended up going good, but one final thing, the elevator ended up falling us making our offload tough. It's good to get the extra exercise, but it was not a positive for the group. If I were you I would find a place in keystone being managed directly by keystone and Vail resorts. Nothing being left out this way and parking is handled no matter how many vehicles in your party.

Excellent condo. Excellent rental company.

This condo was more than enough for our family of 5. The bedrooms are spacious. The living space was very accommodating. The rental company was amazing. They provided enough soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc that we didn’t have to go to the store immediately upon arrival. Location is excellent. It is a very very short walk to the gondola. My kids were able to navigate the walk without any trouble. We were concerned about the construction because we read the other reviews, but it really didn’t inconvenience us at all. We would definitely rent this specific unit again. Also, I have to brag on SkyRun. The communication was excellent. The check-in instructions were clear and helpful. If there are any issues at all, you can text or call any hour of the day and get a response. One of my kids got an injury on the first day that prevented him from continuing to ski and required us to change our vacation plans. SkyRun was so generous in accommodating us. They went above and beyond. Going forward, they are the only rental company we’re going to use. Highly highly recommend.

Great location. Overall living area needs some help.

The location is great. Easy walk to the gondola which allowed for breaks in the ski day and night and a chance to eat in the condo. Overall the place is worn and dated. Bunk bed very uncomfortable and no blanket, just a very light spread. Drawers in dresser fall out when you open them. The kitchen had very little silverware. We ran the dishwasher after every meal so we would have enough silverware and drinking glasses to eat again. Had to buy extra dishwasher soap and liquid dishwashing soap to stay ahead of the dishes. Luckily we brought our own fry pans. One bedroom has no window. While the window is relatively unimportant that room has no emergency egress. In the master bedroom you can easily hear people in the next unit and the constant sound of running or trickling water. While the Skyrun people were helpful in getting us new keys, we had to go there 2 times to have new keys made. You would find yourself outside the building with a non-functioning key. Very frustrating. The place is nice but worn and obviously a rental unit. The only saving grace is the location.

Good location, but dirty and not well maintained

The location is great, but this place was filthy. The tubs don’t drain, the tub faucets are broken, the main bedroom mattress is awful, the floors were dirty, there was hair on the soap, dirty towels in the washing machine, no batteries in the remote, no dishwasher soap, and no towels at the pool.

Perfect Location

This was a perfect fit for our family vacation! The kids slept in the room with the bunk beds and adults in the other 2 bedrooms. The layout is perfect and so are the views of the mountain! Location was great being right next to the lifts and only a short walk away from the restaurants, shops and rentals down in the village.

Good location close to lift. Had everything we needed. Beds weren’t great but only for a few nights. Check out process was easy. Wish there was a way to get keys without going to the office. Would love to be able to get more than 1 parking pass. Overall good stay.

Keystone Vacation

We had an interesting stay. We were there when the resort shut down due to covid 19. Luckily we were able to ski one full day prior to the shut down. The property manager was great to work with and issued a refund given we left soon thereafter. I have seen many stories of folks who were not offered refunds—this is a property manger I wholeheartedly trust and will be staying at their properties again.

Loved this condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at 2317 Red Hawk. The parking was fantastic, checking in was easy, and it was so close to the slopes. It was so cozy that it was hard to leave the place.

Spacious condo near the Gondola!

If you need space and are looking for a condo near the Keystone Gondola, this is for you! The vaulted ceilings are beautiful and create a larger feel than you actually have. The kitchen is fully stocked and you have a large dining table to sit at least 8 people comfortably. We’ve staying in River Run for last 10 ski seasons and this condo is by far the best we’ve rented. Will for sure rent it again!

We absolutely LOVE this unit and stay here every summer! It has great space, separation of bedrooms and wonderful shared family room and kitchen area to gather. Well equipped with cooking supplies and toiletries. Fantastic location to River Run Village and gondola. See you next summer!

Great 3 bedroom condo in a building with nice amenities!

We were in Keystone for a family wedding. We had lots to bring up to the condo. The unit is close to the elevator which made loading and unloading easy and yet it was very quiet. The kids enjoyed the lobby area and the pool. The management company was very easy to work with.
