Relax on your private patio and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The charming and well appointed kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances with a gas range. Gather your family of up to 6 people around the dining room table with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom features a King size bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite primary bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination. There is even a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Minnie's Cabin is the exclusive clubhouse for Settlers Creek guests! Relax in luxury in the quaint log cabin among leather sofas in front of a roaring gas fireplace. Challenge your friends to a game of pool and catch the big game on the flat screen TV. There is a wet bar with a mini fridge, restrooms and showers. Wander outside to the year round outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, and warm up in front of the outdoor gas fireplace with a cup of cocoa. Enjoy hiking or biking on one of the many nearby scenic trails, or take a short drive to explore Arapahoe National Forest. OUR ADVANTAGE: All of our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Beautiful townhouse close to everything but still off the beaten path.

Wonderful property located close to Keystone ski village but still far enough away to feel private and secluded. Well appointed townhouse; easy check-in/out process. Right across the street from the hot tub and pool area. Nice trails around the property and neighboring ones, a little creek nearby, and a trail to walk or bike to the ski village. Perfect.

Great Condo, Quiet Neighborhood, Great Access

The condo was very nice, just the right size for our family of 4. They beds were VERY firm, so that took some adjustment, but we were able to get rest. The amenities of the condo were nice, good TVs and stations, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. We would definitely recommend this and will actually attempt to return to this neighborhood, which we usually do not do.

Very nice and convenient

Our property manager Eric was very responsive and nice. The townhouse was just as listed. The location is right across from the hot tub and pool. There is shuttle service to Keystone village at 07 and 37 past the hour. The shuttle stop is two doors down. I highly recommend this townhouse.

Sky Run is a Fraud

We have stayed and enjoyed VRBOs all over, this is easily the worst. I have never left a negative review for anything but this place deserves it with an exclamation point. If you do fall for the marketing ploys of Sky Run, remember to bring your own coffee filters, oven mits, tinfoil, toilet paper, salt, pepper, etc. If you plan to enjoy the hot tub or pool that appears so beautiful on the website, just know that hundreds of other "guests" were duped into the same scheme as you. If you plan on sleeping while at this cabin please understand that you will be lying on a bed with a poorer quality than the bed I slept on during Basic Training. I recommend the floor as a better option. Don't forget to bring extra blankets because what they provide is the cheapest garbage you can buy. Sky Run has managed to build a village, advertise it as a luxurious mountain cabin, charge extraordinary prices, yet stick you in a tiny poorly stocked condo and smile about it.

Wonderful vacation escape just 1.5 hours from Denver. The townhome was exceptionally clean and well stocked. From our front door we walked 3 miles on paved walking/biking trails and a nature trail that topped a ridge with a spectacular mountain view. Peaceful, quiet location with hot tubs just across the street. Great customer service and communication.

Perfect spot

The condo was perfect! Exactly what we needed. Close to gondola at keystone (even a bus that takes you right to keystone village), but far enough away that it wasn’t to busy. Hot tub with heated pool, and a pool table inside the facility by the pool. We had a perfect vacation and will surely be back next year.

Great townhouse!

House was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location, right near the River run resort and the main skiing area. Check in process was simple and easy instructions were left for the pool and sauna area. We had a great time, thank you!

Amazing Colorado

We have been coming to Colorado for the past 6-7 years (at Christmas) and renting through the resort. This year we decided to use Sky Run. They did not disappoint. Sky run was so easy to work with. We needed an extra air mattress and after two not working, they went out and bought us a brand new one. Worked like a charm. They will go above and beyond for their renters. I highly recommend renting from sky run. My only minor comment, If I had one, would be that the ceiling fans needed dusted. But over all I will give them a 5 star rating for everything. And we look forward to renting through them again.

Great location, cozy condo. Could use more kitchen items.

This property was well suited for us (4). Roomy enough for our 2 night stay. I would recommend. Parking can be challenging if you have more than one vehicle with a lot of snow. That said, condo could use some more kitchen items to make the stay less frustrating. Kitchen utensils and pots/pans were not consistent. It was missing some things all together with too much of other things (eg. 3 can openers). Regarding the sink, the food disposal needs a good cleaning since it smelled. And there were no cleaning items (eg: a sponge). With tenants coming for short-term rentals, we generally do not expect to 'bring everything'. Its hard to get the kitchen supplies right in any rental but a good selection of utensils, (clean and newer) pots and pans go a long way with tenants who are looking to return.

Loved the comfortable condo, beautiful views, and peace and quiet!

My son and I stayed in a lovely condo in Settler's Creek for 5 days and just loved it. The condo layout was great for us, bedrooms at the opposite ends. The kitchen was well outfitted and the living room with the window facing the trees and snow in the open space the condo backed up on were wonderful. We used the push button fireplace every evening and loved the coziness. Heartily recommend this place to others!

SkyRun is the best!

Love Settlers Creek!! Condo is in beautiful mountain setting, near hiking trail, hot tubs in Mimi’s Cabin bring a nice end to an active day! SkyRun is the best property management company - personable, and efficient! Detailed email instructions make check in and out very easy!!! Will definitely book with SkyRun again!
