We love to spend time in Sandusky and decided to buy a little cottage to enjoy the Bay and all that Sandusky has to offer. We are sharing our cottage with you on the days that we cannot enjoy it. We know you'll love our little cottage and we are here to make sure you do!

Why they chose this property

The Crystal Rock neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood where everyone knows each other and helps each other out. The Bay is just a few steps away and is so peaceful and beautiful. You'll feel safe because it is a private area and there isn't any traffic unless it is someone from the neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Cozy Cottage is a small comfortable space for couples, friends, or families to come and focus on what's important in life - stepping away from the day-to-day stressors to play a family game, explore a new town, try a new restaurant, or take the kids to their favorite amusement park or fishing on the Bay. This is exactly why we purchased the cottage for our family and friends to enjoy. Everything else can wait when you are enjoying the Cozy Cottage.
