Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This lovely condo is actually a 3BR, 3BA 2 story PH, but is only rented as a 2BR, 2BA. You have access to the upper level front & back terraces with outdoor dining and lounging comfort with a gorgeous view of the beautifully landscaped community.

Both main floor bedrooms have queen beds and their own bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, water cooler and laundry room. Main floor balcony, screens on all windows, etc.

Spacious 3rd floor 2-level penthouse with great floor plan consisting of a large living/dining area, open kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. 2 large swimming pools with sun deck and lounge chairs. Short stroll to the beach, restaurants and entertainment.
