”Aloha and Welcome Home" message me on availability as it can only be rented once in a 30 day period. The county of Honolulu mandates a 30 day miniuum setting on platform. Remodeled 2x bedroom 2x bathroom condo / townhouse. It is idea for a single family. two cars are available on Turo so you can Uber to and from airport. (Ford Escape and Chevy volt) Close to Castles beach, and Safeway and K bay. There is a bbq on the Lani right outside the kitchen. Located in Akahi Gardens. We also have 2x e bikes available at additional cost. The county of Honolulu is very strict. I will happily offer discounts for extended stays. This is not a short term rental. Ordinance 19-18 does not require a renter to physically occupy a rental property for any minimum length of time. @stayinkailua

We loved staying here! It was close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. I loved that it was out of the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, but still very close. The house was clean and well stocked. We’d definitely come again!
Came to visit family on the Windward side of Oahu. Quiet, clean and newly remodeled townhouse. Master bedroom has a view of the ocean. Thomas’s place is comfortable and very well stocked and appointed. Great location! Close to shopping and the beach! Thomas was great to work with, quick to communicate and very accommodating. He was even able to work with us to extend our stay a little so we could help my Dad who is receiving cancer treatment here. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to escape the hustle and hassle of Waikiki and Honolulu, and retreat to the more laid back Windward side lifestyle.
