Ordinance 19-18 does not require a renter to physically occupy a rental property for any minimum length of time. Remodeled 2x bedroom 2x bathroom condo / townhouse. It is idea for a single family. There are 2x parking spots available. Close to Castles beach, Safeway Shopping Center and K bay Main Gate. There is a BBQ on the Lani right outside the kitchen. Located in Aikahi Gardens with a community Pool and Spa. We also have 2x e bikes available. I will happily offer discounts for extended stays. @stayinkailua

Great place to stay!

We loved staying here! It was close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. I loved that it was out of the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, but still very close. The house was clean and well stocked. We’d definitely come again!

Perfect condo in Kailua

This was hands down the best vacation rental I've ever stayed in. The place was immaculately clean, well-stocked, and the beds were all very comfortable. The place is newly remodeled and has everything you need - beach chairs, grill, boogie boards, Beach towels, and more. We loved how close it was to all the shops and restaurants in Kailua.

Nice Clean Private Townhouse Great Location

Came to visit family on the Windward side of Oahu. Quiet, clean and newly remodeled townhouse. Master bedroom has a view of the ocean. Thomas’s place is comfortable and very well stocked and appointed. Great location! Close to shopping and the beach! Thomas was great to work with, quick to communicate and very accommodating. He was even able to work with us to extend our stay a little so we could help my Dad who is receiving cancer treatment here. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to escape the hustle and hassle of Waikiki and Honolulu, and retreat to the more laid back Windward side lifestyle.

Located close to K bay, Kailua Town, and the best beaches on the island. Niko's is on the way to the beach. Stop by and have a drink.

What makes this property unique

Kailua is a unique small town with quaint dinning options breathtaking views. Very convenient to K bay, Aikahi Gardens is just outside the main gate. 2x e bikes are available, and 2x cars are available. (listed on Turo) make your stay a memorable one. Live like a local on the Winward side Oahu. The nightly fee varies based upon length of stay. Message me for details . The county is very strict on 30 day rental period.
