Construction Update:
A new seawall is being built and two pools and deck area around them also need to be repaired, once the seawall has been restored. Our prices for a direct oceanfront condo have been adjusted for this and will be increased once the construction and repairs have been completed.

The outter door and lock set is showing a great deal of weathering But there may be nothing you can do about it considering it gets direct ocean affects However the inside of this house is excellent The floors were clean and bright The sofa and chairs are very comfortable The kitchen is an excellent size and stocked with everything you need The bed ( we only used one) was very comfortable and we slept great!The dressing area was roomy with lots of soap and shampoo ( I was afraid we might run out of toilet paper) but didn’t and the tub/shower was clean and roomy too The staff were very polite and friendly and helpful too Great response from owner when I emailed him about a few questions we had I would definitely come again

Indoor and outdoor pools were nice, outdoor pool overlooks the beach. Room was very clean even had beach chairs etc to use. Host was very easy to get ahold of. Property still has some leftover storm damage but work is still going on.

7-night stay in April. This property is not what we expected. The pictures in the description of the pool that is green and full of trash are just below the room is far worse in person. We kept an open mind when we saw how terrible it looked but wanted to stay on the ocean. As we walked the exterior walkway to our apartment, the immediate next-door neighbor had the door open, was sitting on her bed in a nightgown with trash and was very nasty looking. We entered the apartment and found it was very clean and as described. We were disappointed with no windows to open and enjoy the ocean as we had hoped, as we only had 2 doors that both opened to the open walkway. We had a bad feeling about the people staying in this complex and assumed several live full time. My wife refused to stay as she felt unsafe. We decided to get a hotel room for the night, and I did not contact the host as it was late, and we wanted to look at it again in the daylight hoping we just had a bad first impression. The next day returned and it was a little better being mid-day but felt we could not enjoy the stay, so we chose to leave without disturbing anything and we never occupied the property. Attempted to contact the Host and explained our feelings and that we would not be staying. I told the Host that I understood the "No refund" policy as we had just reserved and paid within the last couple days. I stated we would appreciate any refund issued. As of this writing we have had No response from the Host.

This review stands in stark contrast to our other reviews. Beauty is indeed in the eyes of the beholder. The resort has admittedly been going through the necessary repairs required from going through two hurricanes, and the "kiddie" pool (which can be seen below the unit, when looking down over the railing) has yet to be opened. Two other pools, spas, sauna and exercise room are open and able to be enjoyed. When sitting in the condo or on the balcony, the only views are of the ocean and beach. The studio unit next door belongs to a nice, elderly couple who are there a few weeks every year and frequently keep the door while they are there. Oceanfront units are not permitted by building code to have windows that open, as double paned storm windows are required. Our unit has very, large windows to enjoy the ocean views. Our price point for a beautiful, oceanfront condo does provide a great value for guests to be able to enjoy an oceanfront stay.

This unit was so cute! We loved the decor and everything was very nice. Very roomy, I didn't expect to have as much room. The pictures didn't do it justice. I would definitely recommend this unit.
