This unique place has a style all its own. Remodeled, penthouse studio. New queen bed and appliances. River view. 15 minute drive to several cool beach towns in any direction. Murrels Inlet marshwalk, Surfside Beach, Myrtle Beach Strip, or Tangier Outlets. 20 mins to Pawley's Island and 40 to downtown Georgetown.
Foldable mattress available for 3rd guest or child.
Washer/Dryer on 2nd, 4th and 5th floor. Unit is penthouse, 6th floor. Elevator and $1.50 per wash or dry. No change machine.
