Beautifully Furnished Home located in Sky Valley Golf Resort. Sleeps 8-10 people. If you want to be close to the golf course and have an excellent view of the mountains, this is the place to be.

Top floor has a full open kitchen, half bath, dining room and great room with wood burning fireplace. Every bedroom has a private full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with sit down bar, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Bedroom One is located on the top floor. Lower floor has additional family room, kitchenette, laundry room and an electric fireplace. Bedrooms Two, Three and Four are located downstairs. Enjoy breathtaking views from either of the 2 decks. Gas grill is located on the upper deck. Fire bowl is located on the lower deck. Wood flooring throughout the house, except bottom bedrooms which have carpet. Home overlooks the Eighth Fairway of the Golf Course. Smart TV in every room with Amazon TV available and ROKU player in the Great Room for streaming with Sling TV and Amazon TV. Sling TV provides ESPN, ESPN 2, ESPN 3, Fox Sports, Disney and much more. All Linens provided. Central air and heat with separate climate zones for the top floor and bottom floor. Access to community pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness room, sauna, indoor hot tub, playground, tennis courts and pickleball courts included.
