RENOVATED AND BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED 3 BEDROOM-2 BATH RANCH HOME A BLOCK FROM THE BEAUTIFUL MACKLE PARK, AND A SHORT DRIVE TO THE BEACH. THE VERY PRIVATE BACKYARD OASIS WAS FINISHED IN APRIL 2023 WITH AN OVERSIZED HEATED SALTWATER POOL WITH HOT TUB,AND EXPANSIVE POOL DECK AND LANAI INCLUDING NEW TOP OF THE LINE PATIO AND DINING FURNITURE PLUS A GRILL AND TV. WE GUARANTEE THE POOL WILL BE A MINIMUM OF 86 DEGREES. THE HOT TUB WILL BE HEATED TO YOUR DESIRED TEMPERATURE. YARD IS PRIVATELY SECLUDED WITH TALL CLUSIA BUSH. THE INSIDE WAS RENOVATED AND TASTEFULLY DECORATED IN A COASTAL THEME TO PUT YOU IN THE MOOD FOR ISLAND LIFE HERE IN PARADISE. THE ENTIRE YARD IS ALL UNDER A SCREENED CAGE IN A PRIVATE YARD SETTING.
