Our Beach House is a fabulous vacation rental spot in the heart of Beach Area 1. One of the very few properties in all of Canada, which are both Riverfront and virtually beachfront. This rental is a modern, condo-style rental just steps away to the main beach from your front door. Featuring 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, with all the amenities you would expect at home. Park your watercraft at the dock, enjoy the excitement of watersports while friends and family view from the balconies above. Both bedrooms and living room have views of the water either on the River side or the Beach side. Take in the atmosphere and excitement of Beach Area 1, where you can walk to all the shops, restaurants, and of course the warm sandy shores of Georgian Bay.

We liked the closeness to the beach Was told prior to arrival, the cleaning staff had entered at 11am, the arrived when I was entering at approx .4:30pm. It was dirty with dog hair on the floors, sofa and pillows. The balcony off the livingroom was full of at least 4 day old Pidgeon feces, also on the other two balconies. Maintenance cleaned one WHILE we were there, the other two the next day.. The garage door was defective. Cleaning staff fixed it initially, it happened again after entering with the car. The kitchen 'stickem tiles' falling off the wall. Communication was sparse. Texted concerns the day after departure, no response. The high cost of this weekend rental should not have involved all these problems without some form of reciprocation. I do not recommend this VRBO to anyone

Why they chose this property

Right now Wasaga Beach is going through an amazing transition. Much needed for years. The Beach is entirely open. There is construction on the opposide side of the Beach where they are beginning to rebuild an entire village in the area, so its super neat to see how everything will change to be a world class destination soon. Come and enjoy your time here and see history unfold
