Our Cottage is a perfect retreat for adults only in beautiful bluegrass region

Our cottage is a place to relax in the 4-person hot tub and with the tranquility of the beautiful countryside. Enjoy the firepit in the backyard and roasting marshmallows on a stary night. We provide plenty of firewood and kindling too. If you want to work from our Cottage, we have Starlink satellite internet which is amazingly fast. Nearby, there are places to hike, restaurants on the KY River, 3 local wineries, and a Zipline Canopy Tour. We are 20-25 minutes away from downtown Lexington, the University of Kentucky, many public golf courses, Keeneland, and the Horse Park. We are only 3 miles away from I-75 which provides easy access to numerous bourbon distilleries, Red River Gorge, and the Ark Experience.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Place dirty linens in laundry hamper in 1st floor linen closet and/or laundry hamper in 2nd floor linen closet
• Leave garage remote control in basket in garage. $75 charge if remote not returned • Leave the thermostat 70 - 72 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Per city ordinance, the maximum number of occupants per booking is 4 people and occupants are prohibited from allowing more people onto the premises
