The ground level of this stilted home greets guests with a convenient outdoor space. Use the sink to clean off the fresh catch of the day before grilling it up on the grill. Rinse off in the private outdoor shower after a long day at the beach. A large ground-level entryway provides plenty of space to hang wet towels and clothes.

An open-concept great room welcomes guests onto the main floor, where the living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly blend. An oversized sectional and plush armchairs provide plenty of seating for a fun movie night as friends and family gather around the flatscreen TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes an air-fryer-capable oven and a commercial-capacity ice machine—perfect for large families.
