communication was very difficult we tried contacting many times also via vrbo. the house is beautiful but many things were broken and there was no-one to talk to. the babeque did not work, jaccuzi cover was broken so it was not clean and the water was cold, the lights on the porch were flickering so we could not sit outside, the bed was broken....etc
Overall, we had a good time but were disappointed that some of the advertised amenities were either missing or nonfunctional.- Entry code for main entrance was wrong. I had to contact the host to reset the lock. - Electricity in 2 bedrooms didn’t work. I called and they told me to find the breaker box. - We called ahead to make sure the hot tub would be working properly and were assured it would be. Upon arrival, it was cold and full of hair and bugs. Host sent someone to clean it the next day but the temperature did not come up enough to go in until the morning we left (three days later). I messaged through the VRBO app on the second night to get assistance with the tub and received no response.- We also called ahead to have the propane tanks filled and they were not. They filled them the second day but it affected our dinner the first night. We tried to finish cooking our food in the oven but the broiler racks were missing from the oven. - The outdoor rug under the table was in tatters. The good:- the views of the desert from the backyard were beautiful- inside decor was very nice- beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious
