8123 Wendover Dunes Villa in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island, S.C. is in a peaceful setting just a short walk to the beach. This is a gorgeous first floor villa in Building F with 3-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms. There are hardwood floors throughout the spacious living area and all the bedrooms. It is painted in neutral colors and nicely decorated with beach décor.

To the right of the foyer is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and four high-top chairs at the counter for quick meals for the kids. This opens into the spacious living/dining area where there is a dining table that seats six, a light gray queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat, accent chair, and a mounted 55” TV. There is a cabinet full of puzzles and games to entertain the family for hours.

The highlight of this villa is a large wraparound screened-in porch with ceiling fans to keep you cool. There is a table with six chairs for eating outside and a separate sitting area that has a round table for four plus two rocking chairs. This is great for relaxing, taking naps or reading a good book. You can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the tropical landscaping while also being just a two-minute walk to the beach on your Hilton Head Island vacation.

The first of two Master bedrooms is located off the living area and provides access to the screened porch as well as a private bathroom. The bedroom has a tray ceiling, a king bed, accent chair, walk-in closet, and 24” TV. The master bathroom is very spacious and has a jetted tub, double sinks, and a separate walk-in shower.

Off the foyer is a laundry room with washer and dryer for any laundry needs you may have during your stay. The two other bedrooms are located off a short hallway when you first enter the villa. The first is the Guest bedroom which has two Twin beds, walk-in closet, and 23” TV. Access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo also connects to the hallway. The second bedroom is the other Master with a tray ceiling, king bed, accent chair, and 37” TV. There is access to the screened porch as well as a private bathroom. This bathroom is large and spacious with a double vanity, jetted tub, and a large walk-in shower with a bench.

The Wendover Dunes complex has an on-site pool and hot tub. Everyone is sure to enjoy all the amenities offered.
