We stayed here for three nights, and it was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It's in a good location and the walk up to the second floor was not too bad. It was as advertised, and we would stay there again when in Bridgeport.
Beautifully appointed luxury 2 nd floor accommodations in the city of Bridgeport. Guests could comfortably stay for multiple nights with the well equipped kitchen and dining room space.

The furniture was comfortable, neat, and clean. Only one bathroom and on second floor, otherwise nice place, and owner responded fast.
My stay was good only con was the parking. Parking was in the street and hope you come in early to get a space or you will park down the street… there is parking in the back for a fee which was not in the description of the property upon booking.
Beautiful home updated with everything you would need.
Don’t be worried about the neighborhood. It might be different than what you’re used to but it’s safe and a ton of local places to eat are great! Hosts are great and the space was excellent!!

Large, renovated apartment
The apartment is large and very nicely decorated. Paul was very nice and was available whenever I needed him.
Came down for a concert and had a great stay. I was impressed with the rapid responses when I sent questions. I also found the apartment including kitchen dining room living room bathroom and sheets to be very clean. Check in was easy. I would stay here again.

Beautiful spacious apartment with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Quick responses to our questions by owners. An easy and convenient location just a short drive to visit our daughter at nearby University. Highly recommend this apartment.
Great little spot. Central enough to get everywhere we needed to. Walked to restaurants and to a concert (about 30 minutes). Host had some treats for us when we checked in. Apartment was clean and spacious. Felt comfortable
walking around the neighborhood
This was a great place. Very clean. Much larger than the photos make it seem. Host was very responsive. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy but overall a very comfortable and nice stay. Very close to the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater which is where we needed to go. Would definitely return and highly recommend!
Paul was very communicative and helpful. We did not like the neighborhood but once you enter the apartment it’s a whole different story. The apartment was very clean and spacious. As mentioned in another review, it needs coverings on all windows for privacy from the neighbors.
Our group had a few days in a row of wedding events and it was a good location to crash 10 minutes from the festivities. Parking was a little tight with the style of driveway and the packed street, but there were always places close and the host was very gracious with letting us use the driveway. The communication was fabulous with our host and when any issues arose it was met with help and understanding! I greatly appreciated how considerately we, the bridesmaids, were hosted during this stressful wedding season!
The apartment looks just like the photos. It’s totally updated and clean. The host leaves water, coffee and a few snacks which do very sweet. Paul the host responds quickly to any questions you have. I agree with previous reviews it would be nice if all the windows had shades since it’s a busy area. It’s not the greatest area but truly safe and the neighbors were friendly and a few yummy bakery’s in walking distance. Our only surprise was there was no oven just a stove top which limited Christmas morning breakfast. Otherwise if you don’t need an oven it’s truly nice and a great value for what you are paying!
The inside is wonderful and true to its on-line pictures, very impressed!
The outside can use a paint job, something more inviting and that would standout from the rest on the block. Parking was superb! Keyless entry would be nice. Outside steps are different sizes and if not careful can trip or lose balance since there are no handrails on either side. Banisters are loose on the inside. Kitchen windows need some coverings especially since bathroom is right across from the kitchen. These are just suggestions, overall very nice and upkept property!

Beautiful inside, not great outside
This property is not in a good area. Being a woman staying with one other woman, I did not feel safe outside at night. There’s an empty lot across the street with the start of a junkyard happening in it. There were also several cars with broken windows on the street that made me uncomfortable to park on the street fearing that my car might get broken into. There are also loud cars racing down the street at all hours of the night.
Similar issues to the other commenters too, there are no curtains in the main living areas. The curtains you see in the photos don’t close. It’s not great when you are in the place at night.
Ultimately, for the price, I would have expected the location to be better. I wouldn’t book this property again especially when a friend was staying at a hotel 10 minutes away in a much nicer area for half the price.
